Surprisingly, tasty and great service. It was my first time in this chain, and the server was great about making recommendations, and they brought out complimentary fries with 2 dipping sauces as a welcome. My BBQ burger was delicious and juicy, and I chose a side salad that was excellent (and pretty traditional). Sides are apparently bottomless refills here, BTW, but they include broccoli, which I found interesting. The music in the bar was a bit loud but I think that’s my age showing. I’m glad I tried it, and I will probably be back. I can see how they differ from other chains.

The food was hot and fresh, the server, Brandon was polite and very nice. The manager even made a special peach margarita that wasn’t on the menu. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the appetizer was out and hot within 5 minutes. The restaurant was fairly busy. Brandon was serving 6 tables and it looked like everyone got their food hot and quickly. It was the best restaurant experience we’ve had in a very long time. A couple years ago we took the whole family and got a really nasty burger, the manager nagged and pestered me for 10 minutes about not wanting anything else. She literally leaned down in my face while my family and I were trying to relax and nagged me about not wanting anything else. We contacted corporate who basically said since they didn’t charge us for the burger the matter was resolved. We got the message and didn’t go back. My youngest wanted to try again today so I gave it a shot. The staff and management now are a professional team. I witnessed the manager coaching his team he was on top of the guests needs and the staff was very friendly and hard working.

Jared is a top-notch server!!! He provided excellent service and friendly engagement. We ate outside on the patio. We had a tremendous visit. Enjoyed talking with store manager, Tiffany, as well. The food is always delicious.

Stopped before a movie for dinner. Food was great. I ordered my burger medium rare. While it came out more medium than rare it was still a fantastic burger. Salad was good. Tastes like they make their own ranch dressing. They offer bottomless sides which really isn’t necessary as they give you a large portion to begin with. Prices were comparable to other restaurants in the area.

I have always been a fan of Red Robin. I particularly enjoy bottomless fries. I was so happy to learn that Red Robin also now serves Donato’s Pizza… especially since Donato’s went out of business here in Northeast Ohio. Although bottomless fries are included with burgers they can be added to a Pizza. I was particularly impressed with the service on our last visit. Sofie brought out our food and fry refills promptly and is a good server.

As a semi regular diner this place has never let me down when it comes to a filling meal and great customer service. I really appreciated the quick fire service and friendly vibes I got from Hanna. The Scorpion burger was delightful and zingy and the seating areas were undeniably well taken care of. I highly recommend going here for a bite to eat if you’re in the mood for a tasty treat and lovely people.

We had a very attentive server. Our onion rings were overcooked compared to the people next to us. Burger we’re good, but I think they changed the type of bun used, it was a little too bready.

The manager came over and gave us extra fries and since my fiancé’s pizza was 3 min later than my burger, he gave us the pizza for free. I couldn’t believe it! 3 minutes isn’t a big deal to us so I just had to comment on how awesome and attentive and kind the server we had and the manager were. They really went above and beyond especially coming over to ask if everything is okay and communicating well and happily with us! This was probably the best service I ever had at a burger restaurant.
