Thank you CTO for our luncheon today. Dumplings are amazing, the hot and sour soup was delicious and vegetarian! I️ loved the chicken cashew and the broccoli beef with vegetable fried rice. Chinese take out my new favorite.

I appreciate having this restaurant in my neighborhood. I can’t tolerate food at Chinese restaurants because most of them put MSG in the food. The unfortunate part is I love Chinese food. CTO not only has MSG-free food but you can also get Paleo and gluten-free options. Price is a little higher but that’s because of high-quality sustainably sourced ingredients. For me it’s worth the extra money. My favorite is the cauliflower fried rice. It’s well done and is a complete meal, so don’t let the price mislead you.

Not very chinese, the food seems heavily Americanized. People were cool, but the dumplings tasted undercooked and the egg roll looked like it was moldy, but it just had some weird spice stuff on it. Food was very fresh, just spiced really weird. It’s pretty expensive, and I’m sure this is someone’s cup of tea, but its not my thing at all.

YUM!!! Such a great spot! Super fresh and healthy takes on the American Chinese favorites! Lo mein, Sesame Chicken, Egg Rolls, Chow Fun, etc. This will be my go to takeout place. Really cool spot in White Center too.

The best part was the fortune cookie. Not even exaggerating. Overpriced, a la cart style ordering means rice and everything is extra. Food was underwhelming. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to another local Americanized Chinese carryout and get the best bang for your buck.

Beef and broccoli: beef and broccoli = tastes good

The sauce: tastes like soy sauce period. Salty as heck. Probably the worst beef and broccoli I’ve ever had. Forced it down because I did takeout and didn’t want to deal with it.

Fried rice: the rice was gummie and the flavor was very bland.

Won’t eat there again. Sorry company. I would rework your recipes.

Had Beef n Broccoli and Lo Mein, single servings.. Cost $40 with no beverage and you set your own table and use plastic utensils….for $40? Won’t be back

It didn’t even taste like chinese food, the only good part was the cookie part of the fortune cookie. The fortunes weren’t fortunes. And it was alittle over priced.
