I went to Red Robin with a group of friends. They were able to seat a group of nine adults. I had a double bacon cheese burger that was really good. In fact I had gotten the double because RR burgers had gotten so thin since they changed them years ago. But today the patties were very thick again to my happy surprise! Almost couldn’t bite the whole thing.
As for the nitpicks, the burger could have been slightly more juicy but still very good. The fries that came with it were more warm than hot. But the burger was good and hot and the waitress brought out more hot fresh fries almost right away. My Freckled Lemonade had plenty of strawberry but the lemonade tasted watery compared to the many times I’ve gotten it before. I didn’t get a chance to complain about it while there though. Also it was busy making the place very noisy and hard to hear each other. But nothing the restaurant could do about that.
Even with being so busy the service was quite decent and always friendly and helpful. I didn’t hear any complaints from my friends (what I could hear!). Even with the nitpicks I give the food 4.5/5. I really hope they keep making these thicker burgers. I had largely stopped going on my own for years due to the poor burgers, but I’ll probably start checking in again!

I went to here yesterday 2/27/26 and as soon as I walked in the door I was bombarded with this terrible smell! I should have walked out. It almost had a sewage smell. I figured it would get better as I got seated but it didn’t. The service was great! But I kept thinking we should leave. Hunger was strong so we stayed. The food was pretty good. I took my food home as leftovers and ate it today and felt sick afterward. This is one of my favorite places because it is gluten free friendly. Please fix this smell. It is like a bar drainage issue or bathroom drainage issue. I won’t be back for awhile if this restaurant makes it until then.

First time at a Red Robin. I really enjoyed the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich with the Yukon chips. My brother in law got a burger and said it was good. Our server was friendly and attentive. I would eat here again.

A quick lunch stop on Black Friday was awesome! Our server was super nice and did a great job. We had a large enough table and plenty of room despite being busy. Food came out perfect and was very good. Prices were fair for a group our size. I was impressed!

We ordered pretzel bites first batch came out half warm half frozen then they brought out another there where only 2 like that but they where good. My bacon burger with egg was really good.
My daughter liked her Mac n cheese and fries.
Server was nice and nice.

Valentine’s Day win. Lol, we knew we were taking a risk heading out. They said 30 min wait, sat in 13 min. We ended up getting bottomless root beer floats and our dinner came first so our appetizer ended up being free!! Happy Valentines to us 🙂 Great overall experience

Not busy on a Monday night. My son and I popped in for my birthday burger meal. I soon realized why we don’t pop in more frequently.
Almost $4 for a drink when my son ordered the corn dog nugget kids meal. The waitress decided to bring him a large glass. That makes it easier on her not to have to refill the drink as often, but makes me pay more- no thank you!
My blu burger… sooooo much bread!!! The bread was overwhelming- the sloppy toppings so overwhelming I could not taste the meat.
I ditched the bun after 2 bites and just used a fork to eat the burger and insides separately.
In my opinion, a normal smaller bun would showcase the burger, these brioche buns are just making up in volume and overwhelm the actual burger offering.
The fries are okayish. They are standard frozen steak fries,nothing special and honestly, neither my son nor I wanted more and didn’t finish all they originally provided.
The staff seemed okay- aside from the waitress not asking if we wanted the free cup or not. I am not a fan of wait staff asking if someone is finished if they have a mouth full of food…some folks don’t eat as fast as others. Try and be more observant, so as not to make the people feel they have to be rushed.
When with my meal being free, the whole burger and fries was not worth the time spent or the value of my sons corn dog and drink meal $11 to say I would rank this as better than a cheaper burger at a fast food joint.
Now, if you want a balloon and to play a few games, that looked like fun. They do offer some up charges to the meal. But overall it was less than special.

I usually don’t eat at Burger place much anymore. However today we decided to go to one. I chose this place only for the bottomless items. our server Nichole was good but at first she seemed pushy while we were discussing our choices on the menu. I think once she realized we were not in a rush she backed off. That was a good thing. The food tastes the same and is average at best. I had the royal and she had a veggie wrapped veggie burger. Yes we enjoyed the fries however the ketchup bottles were giving were only 1/4 full and she had to keep giving us a different bottle. All in all it’s a burger spot and I’m not a fan of a gourmet burger. The bottomless items are a good treat. The bottomless beverages are special I recommend them

Not happy with our experience. Hostesses were not sure what was going on. Took my number and said the table was being cleaned, then got the text we were now seating. Waited 10 minutes and asked about our table, and she looked confused as she realized she seated a group of 5 that came in after us just before I asked. W
She ran back to look at tables, and 2 mins later, we finally got seated. We ordered our food, and when we got it, I had a dirty knife that had trash on it, and they forgot my avocado. The table checkout computer didn’t work and had to flag down the waitress to checkout. We always enjoy the food but service was the issue!!!! Next time I’ll try some onion rings instead of the sweet potato fries.

Came here tonight with my wife and two boys. Place was busy but was seated right away. Service from start to finish was great! Our waitress Nicole, was fantastic. We didn’t have to ask for anything. Food came out fast hot and fresh! I usually get a burger but tonight I tried the chicken wrap and it was great! Great experience tonight!
