New Mangement at the Delran location has made a world of difference in a positive way!!!! There was no wait for food or service we were waited on by a team, Mary a staple this location was great as per her usual and the quality of food has improved, even the utensils and dishes were either cleaner or new. Again a change in management is appreciated and it shows. The quality of food now matches if not exceed what the menu photos looked like. Excellent experience and I no longer have to drive out of my way to Cherryhill for great service and quality food.

I was in a big group at the Delran Red Lobster. Mary, our server, was superb. She is professional, attentive, and caring. She checked on everyone several times. I had the lunch special. The clam chowder was delicious as well as the salad and biscuits. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Our seasonal get together was so nice and we all had a chance to catch up. We’ll done, Red Lobster!

My family and I visited over the weekend and our waitress was Kaori(and we only knew her name because we asked her). She came to the table she did not introduce herself she just asked for our drink order. It took us forever to get biscuits meanwhile tables that were coming in were having biscuits as soon as their server greeted them. My sister ordered a drink from the bar that literally took 15-20 minutes she had to ask the waitress about her drink and when it came to the table it was missing the shot on the side to where she had to go back to the bar. The whole dinner her attitude was blah like she did not want to be there. Now everyone knows and coming from a former waitress no tip is guaranteed you have to earn it and that she did not. we wanted to tip her ZERO but thought that would be wrong. I believe if she wants to continue being a server she needs to learn to leave whatever problems she is having at home.

I had a great experience at Red Lobster and wanted to share! My fiancé recently proposed to me and followed the beautiful proposal with a family dinner at the Red Lobster in Delran, NJ. Upon walking in, our host was incredibly friendly and helped my family settle in before the server came to greet us with fresh, warm bread. I created my own ultimate feast which was so awesome because I could mix and match my favorite menu items. My fiancé and I ended up buying few bottles of wine for a toast and, if you are visiting this location for a special occasion like I did, I recommend this because the Red Lobster staff made this so special and even paired with a cake for dessert for my family and I! I want to conclude this review by saying thank you to my server, Angel L.; the bartender, David; and also the managers, Kari, Jennifer, and John.

Recently had dinner here to celebrate my sister-in-laws engagement and I’m happy I supported the suggestion to dine-in at this location. I was among a few that did not eat seafood but the GM, Kari, was very helpful in making sure I could find options just as delicious as the shellfish that filled the table that night. My wife enjoyed the Lobster, Shrimp, and Salmon so much that we took one home! Everyone in attendance was grateful to the server Angel L. for his attentiveness and how he took the time to engage with us despite it being such a busy night; it was refreshing to see seamless teamwork and have minimal worries. I’d also like to shout out the manager, Jennifer T., who went above and beyond to help us find decorations nearby for us to decorate the room we rented at this location for the evening. As you see, it was such a great experience I made sure to take down everyone’s name in order to give thanks as deserved. Kudos Red Lobster Delran!

I live close to the Red Lobster in Northeast Philadelphia and refuse to go there because of the poor service and quality of the food. Have been going over the bridge to the Delran Red Lobster and it is a world of difference. The portions and quality of the food is awesome and the service is the best. Mary-our server- is the best.My wife and I enjoyed our meal on our most recent visit and Mary was the best. Highly recommend anyone from the Philadelphia area to take the short trip over the bridge.

Anniversary today & come here for years & Mary is our waitress for the last 15 years. Great & very pleasant. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Food is good & not any wait. Mary will always be my waitress. Today is our 64th wedding anniversary.
