Our server was outstanding! We sat at the bar after a hard day’s work and she was very accommodating. Had a few drinks and the food was amaze-balls! We got the classic bacon cheeseburger with all the fixins and went home happy! Can’t wait to go back!

The Southern Charm burger was outstanding. The burger was done medium well, juicy & flavorful. Sweet potato fries were hot & crispy. Service was great. Atmosphere was a little chilly for me but if you like AC, you’ll be fine. Also my Freckled Lemonade was delicious -full of peaches & strawberries & refills, too.

Excellent place for burgers and sandwiches. Menu is full of different varieties of burgers. Chicken teriyaki burger was amazingly delicious. The vegetarian burger was also delicious. Do try their garlic fries, I am in love with their garlic fries, home steak fries are also good. One thing which are noticed about this place while we were eating here was, the staff is up to the mark. Not seen very often that when the place is not filled with people their staff keeps busy in cleaning tables stacking up supplies, also picking trash from the floor while doing regular chores. Kudos to the employees of Red Robin Pickerington. I saw the girls going table to table to find out if everything is clean and hygiene. Impressive! Clean place always attracts me and tempts to go back. Thank you Red Robin for giving us such a good eating experience.

Awesome burger, as always. Our server was nice but a bit absent minded that night. I waited over 10 mins for a fork to eat my salad. Had to ask for napkins and the sauce for my burger that was supposed to be on the side. Also had to ask for a bag to carry to-go containers. Everyone has bad days. No biggie. I’ll go back

Fun restaurant. Sometimes the dough for the doughnuts is undercooked but apart from that we have normally had good service when staffing wasn’t an issue. Burgers are yummy. I like the tavern and I enjoy yhr whiskey river BBQ with thre onion straws on the side.

First visit to Red Robin and was pleasantly surprised! Menu has lots of options for everyone. My bourbon burger was cooked just like I asked for and was loaded with plenty of toppings. Wide selection of side options and some are bottomless! Servings are sized to satisfy any appetite. Server was very friendly and attentive. We’ll be back!

The food was good. The server kept has us waiting for a good 10-15 minutes appearing. She served a table that sat 10 minutes after us, which was irritating as the place wasn’t busy at the time we were there.

I went to this location and it was terrible, the food was nasty and cold, my alcoholic beverage wasn’t good, the atmosphere was terrible. And 2 or 3 women went to the bathroom and came back out within 6 seconds, one person came to our table and said you guys better not go in the women’s bathroom because it’s nasty in there. I think that is sad that you can go to a decent restaurant without it looking so disgusting and the food too. The only good thing that came out this experience was our server she was awesome. Thank you Bubbles But all in all I recommend nobody go to this location!

Walked in the front door and was quickly greeted and seated. Upon sitting down we waited for about 10- 15 minutes for our drink order to be taken and for the appetizer. After placing the order our waitress disappeared for awhile to the back. I ordered the whiskey river bbq burger with a side of steak fries. Upon receiving it I had to send my fries back because they were not fresh at all and Luke warm. As I sat there my daughter asked our waitress for a refill and the waitress said okay. After 10 minutes she never came back and I had to flag down another waitress named Morgan to help us. Meanwhile still waiting for fries. My waitress came back with two orders of fries as a remake for one order. Both orders were Luke warm and not fresh. I’m not very satisfied with my experience this time around.

Fairly good burgers and fries. Service was good, drinks were refilled and the server did check in with us. But we had to ask for ranch dressing three times, and we didn’t actually get it until the end of the meal. I was charged an extra dollar for salsa that we didn’t order and didn’t get. Just small irritations, but kept me from giving a higher rating.
