This was my first time at the establishment, and in several years.
It was a bit busy since it was lunch, but it wasn’t that loud.
The waitress we had was super friendly and kind.
My dad’s hamburger was alright and he enjoyed his milkshake he ordered.
I enjoyed my food which was the honey chicken sandwich.
Everyone liked their food and drinks.
Me and my family had a good time and enjoyed the atmosphere.

We really enjoy eating at this Red Robin! We were seated immediately upon arrival. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. We ordered the onion rings to start…a staple They were gone before we could get a picture! The dipping sauces are so good. We both ordered the mad love burger with the jalapeno relish on the side. One of the best burgers we’ve had from there. I usually order the banzai, but this was a great change of pace. Wonderful flavor combo and the candied bacon was a wonderful touch, with the jalapeno relish being a nice touch of heat without being overwhelming. Delicious steak fries, and their seasoning is always so good. Best sweet potato fries ever; they have the perfect slight char taste. We will be returning again and again!

This place was really good for the most part. The food was amazing. We came in about 45 minutes before they were going to close and they still served us very nicely would definitely recommend. The scorpion burger was amazing. and you can’t forget their bottomless fries with their amazing seasoning. This is definitely a great place to go for a not too expensive burger. Their pizza is also really good too.

This was the 1st time I went to this location. My server, Z, seemed distracted. It looked to me that that he had only 3 or 4 tables, but the drinks and app took forever. The food tasted wonderful, so no problem there. I requested more fries, and it took so long to get them I had to get them to go.
UPDATE 11/15/2024, We returned to this location after 10 months. It was about 1:20pm. The service was good, but once again I ordered more fries and it took so long I had to get a to go box. I’m starting to wonder if this is a thing here. Other locations don’t have this issue. But again, the food was wonderful. I love me some #Red Robin.

A thousand and one times better than the last Red Robin I visited. Full bar, great drink options and an absolutely delicious menu including the Avocado Smash, which is what I had, double. Super greasy, super burger-y, with crispy bacon and just the right amount of guac, served between two bar-worthy buttery buns. There was a bit of a wait but Rome wasn’t built in a day. Oh, and the option for endless fries is a sharp double edge sword.

We love Red Robin. Today was extremely disappointing. The service. We waited ten minutes to be asked our drink order. The waiter would check on other tables and walk right past us, serval times. Ask if I would like to sign up for rewards to get a free app, so I did and final bill still had it. When we were clearly finished, moved plates the the edge, and after walking by serval more times I decided the free app wasn’t worth it, so paid on the tablet because it had already been so long.
We almost walked out initially because when just waiting for her to ask what we would like to drink we never even got I’ll be right with you etc. It wasn’t crazy busy or even remotely. About 4 tables total in that section. Just really disappointed.
We got two new burgers on the menu which I will say were great so at least the whole lunch wasn’t ruined.

We catered lunch from Red Robin a few days ago and the service was great. They had left something off of our order, and gave me a free drink while I waited for the rest of the order. They helped me take the order out to the car. Right as I was leaving the lady came running out with my receipt and order list (which I really needed). They went out of their way to make us happy and enjoy our lunch.
The burgers were amazing and the fudge filled chocolate chip cookie was divine. If you’re looking to cater a lunch, Res Robin is your place…good food and good service.

First time ever eating at Red Robin, the A1 Burger I got was horrible and for never ending sides it took forever to get a servers attention to get refills. They eventually did bring me over 3 separate bowls of broccoli but overall I was not a fan of the place. At the end of the service we did not even get to have a milkshake because they were out of ingredients. Very disappointed as the only reference I had of this place was a fat guy on YouTube showing me what he gets every time he goes to Red Robin.
Cheddars was 10/10 better honestly. First time having either in the past month.

We got the $9.99 burger, comes with bottomless fries and a drink. Very tasty burger and great value. You can also get a lettuce wrap instead of a bun with unlimited salad instead of fries. That’s a win win in my opinion.

Food wasnt bad. Im bombing this review for one simple reason. My family went to the restaurant. The food wasnt bad. We ordered a to-go meal for another family member. When we got home we realized they had not given us our to-go meal they for which we had paid. I called the store the next day. Explained the situation to a staff member. She put me on hold to get the manager… After 30 mins on hold I hung up and called again (maybe I got lost in the shuffle). No answer from anyone. I called 4 more times about 10-15 mins apart. No answer from anyone. I cant help but feel like they are intentionally not answering. Very unprofessional and petty. Very unsatisfactory. I cannot believe a staff member, much less a manager would be this unprofessional and petty.
