Really solid place for a quick lunch.
The servers were very nice, pleasant, and attentive, even though they seemed a little overworked. I believe our server had 5 other tables, but handled it very professionally and did not leave anyone out. As far as food, the burger was a bit messy to eat, but was cooked very well. The chicken was cooked and seasoned well, and the fries are perfectly seasoned.
My only real complaint is the price is a bit high for the menu itself. $18 before tax/tip for a burger is a bit much in my opinion, however the quality is very good. Overall 4.5/5, I will be back when I am looking to splurge on a good burger and fries.

We do not live in Huntsville but we’re so glad that we stopped at Red Robin while visiting. We started with the Barbecue Pork Nachos as an appetizer, loaded with hickory smoked pulled pork that we bursting with that smoky taste, So delicious! For the main course, we had the BBQ ribs, and they were out of this world! Tender, Juicy and the sauce was perfection. Even though we are not local, we will definitely be back next time we’re in town! Highly Recommend!

Have always enjoyed Red Robin. Host was great. We were greeted and seated quickly. We were seated near a loud table of younger people. We asked to be moved because we wanted to be able to hear our conversation. We were told we couldn’t move, so we left. So sorry we didn’t get to dine, maybe next time.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews and typically only do so when I feel it’s absolutely necessary… with that said, I’ve eaten at this location many, many times and had a fine experience. Lately, it seems like it’s gone massively downhill. Today, I went with my family of 4 and the restaurant was busy, but not overly crowded (no wait time to be seated). Firstly, the service we received today was abysmal. We had empty cups more often than filled ones, were only checked on 3-4 times in the hour and a half we were here, and waited a VERY long time for food to come out (hence why we were here for an hour and a half). Our food was served cold and extremely overcooked. On top of that, one salad entree was serviced with genuinely rotten lettuce. When we mentioned this, our server didn’t offer an apology but instead just got the manager. When the manager arrived, she also didn’t offer an apology and simply asked if another entree could be brought. We agreed, and the entree was given to us at full price. I’m not entitiled and don’t expect to be given discounts, but when I’m served rotten food, I do expect at least an apology to be offered. When I served food, I would offer discounts and sincere apologies for such horrible offenses because I valued people’s business. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in recent memory, and I’m sad to see a place I used to love go downhill.
Edit: As I was writing this review outside the front door of the restaurant while waiting for my wife to come outside, I was asked to leave because they thought I was keeping people from going inside to eat… LOL. How sad.

Our server was really nice and easily accommodated our large party with no errors. There were so many dirty tables left unattended around us, and the poor hostess was absent more than she was present at the front. She seemed to be multitasking something else but was a very polite, pleasant person. The food was bland, for the most part. I had the Shroom burger and a side salad with salsa ranch. The side salad was the star of the meal. My friend’s salmon was dry, and the broccoli was underseasoned.

I purchased a burger and fries. It was ok but nothing to be excited about. The service was good. Unfortunately the kitchen staff were not wearing hairnets and one kitchen employee proceeded to take her hair down from a pony tail and reband it. The same employee had her personal drink in the kitchen area and was drinking it while working. The bathroom was needing attention. It was not as clean as it could have been and the soap dispenser had been overflowed and the soap dried on the outside and on the button to dispense the soap. Wall by the kitchen area had dried food on it.

Excellent Service from Jessica!
My friends and I had such a great experience at Red Robin, thanks to our bartender Jessica! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Her positive energy and great conversation really stood out. Our drinks were perfectly made, and she made sure we were taken care of the entire time. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. We’ll definitely be back — thank you, Jessica, for making our trip enjoyable!

This was a great dinner! The service was absolutely amazing, the food was delicious as always, and even though it was prom night and very busy, our 30-minute wait time was only 11 minutes. Its a noce area to go walk before dinner and get some steps in after filling up on delicious food.We will be back on our next trip to town

Ok it started out ok, the building is very outdated and dirty including dust, cracked seats/ tables, and an employees child running around in the establishment. But it went well with great service from our waitress. We (4 people) all order our food and appetizer. My food comes out wrong which is no big deal but I do send it back to the woman who brought out our food (not our waitress) saying she’ll handle it. Turns out she didn’t handle it because around 20 minutes later our waitress comes out saying the kitchen forgot and she forgot to ring in the meal. Also it was not worth it for $100 for 4 people. I hope that they will get better in the future but for now they truly need to work in the atmosphere and service.
