Always enjoy going to Red Robins, the burgers are big and tasty. The unlimited steak fries will fill you up quickly. Ordered the big moose pie, filled up two adults and two children. Thought about taking a photo after we were almost finished.

Upon entering I could immediately tell that this was an establishment that wasn’t well maintained but the wife gets what the wife wants… The server was nice, cute, and did her job, but everything else was a disaster. How convenient, it would turn out the ice cream machine was broken (again) and the wife wasn’t even able to get the root beer float she wanted.

Today we decided to stop by Red Robin in the spur of the moment. This was our 1st time ever patronizing a Red Robin and I can say that we were not disappointed! We started off with The O-Ring Shorty and this was some GOOD onion rings…nice crispy and golden on the outside and the onion does not slide off when is bite itt from the inside. You get ranch and campfire sauce to dip them in and I will be honest, that campfire sauce with the onion ring is a good combination!

The establishment was crowded and it took about 30 min to be seated but it was kinda expected for a busy weekend right before school started. The hostess was very short with us but it was a lot going on so I don’t think to much about it.

Not busy at all. We sat down, the table behind us was dirty, well the entire place needed a cleaning. We ordered our food when we ordered our drinks. I had to ask again for my lemons for my tea. Food arrived. Had to ask for what i ordered with my food.The waitress didn’t return after the food was delivered to see if it was ok. No refills. Saw her go to the dirty table pickup cups, put them back. Not sure what that was about. She did go to another table 3 times but not us. We had to grab our on napkins from the dirty table behind us. Thank goodness there was a pile of them. We did see her standing in the back. Finally got her attention after we finished eating so we could get refills on drinks and fries. Horrible experience.

The place was dirty, floors sticky, and it smelled like a wet mop. Our drinkware was all busted up. Our waitress brought us the wrong drinks & never corrected it. Our food came, and we asked our waitress for mayo & silverware. She returned six minutes later, with her phone in her hand on an active call, to check on us without the items. We reminded her & she asked the hostess to get them so she could finish her phone call in the bathroom. There were only tables of guests. We never saw our waitress again during our meal. We won’t be back!

If you like a mildew-mold infested place then this is your spot! … Totally disgusting! Right when you walk in you’re hit with a strong mildewy-damp smell.. When it rains you can clearly see where the leaky roof is; Just walk thru the doors on the right just around the corner! Sadly it’s been like this for a long time, and still not fixed! If owners can’t fix such a simple problem after all this time, just imagine what else they’re neglecting! The service is horrible! It was like pulling teeth the last 2-3 times just to be sat! The burgers took forever to come out, and the food was not good.. Owners, Please don’t respond to my review, please instead save your time and get someone to fix your leaky roof!
