Arrived yesterday about 3:15p and was informed of a 15 min wait. We noticed there was 2 families ahead of us waiting. As I came from the bathroom, I noticed the dining area was nearly empty. Since there was no reason to wait, we left.

Went for lunch and Courtney was our waitress. She was very helpful, very attentive and recommended delicious items from the menu.
I wanted a delicious burger that was not big and she recommended the Pig Out Tavern it was delicious and perfect size.
My friend really wanted pulled pork but not really a burger and Courtney recommended the nachos. She really liked it also.
I highly recommend this place. I believe a few years ago it was not as good when my family and I went. But honestly they must be doing something right and has totally gotten WONDERFUL!!

From my first ever visit to my 4th time we’ve had the same lovely server..He’s quick, attentive, and knowledgeable. I went for my birthday and received a free dessert. Food was served hot and tasty. The pizza surprised me at a burger spot I didn’t expect it to be Soooo good. And the bottomless fries. Yummy.

It was the best choice for my family and I to visit today. We have 3 little children and love keeping them entertained while we have dinner. The team Cam leads is top notch and very kind. They met every need we had. Our server was Abby/Addy .

I visit Red Robin in Apex every year for my birthday and on Veterans Day. On Veterans Day, we used to be able to order to go, which I appreciated because we had so many other places to go. Now, we have wait in line to eat inside, with was super inconvenient. This is particularly rough because many Veterans are elsely or disabled. Also, the Birthday Day Burger was FREE, however, that is no longer the case, because we now have to make a minimum purchase of $4.99 in order to get the what used to be the FREE burger. Now, the new added change is that if you don’t visit during the year, a milkshake is available, but you still have to make a minimum purchase of $4.99 + you MUST drink the shake inside!!! Despite these disappointments and lack of care for their customer base, their burgers are top notch. They are juicy, and quite flavorful. What’s up next is to see how they now treat Veterans. With these continued changes, I may end up passing on what used to be my favorite burger spot.

Today I was debating on going to chipotle or Red Robin for a quick dinner. I chose Red Robin and that was a grave mistake. The service was great but the food was horrible. I got the steak house burger and it was such a mess. I understand theres a lot of ingredients but it seems it was put together by a blind person. My friend got the kids cheeseburger and it was nothing more than decent. The worst part of this experience is that it was $50 for 2 average menu items. whoever priced these items needs jail time.

We were greeted enthusiastically and had high hopes, but it ended up being disappointing. The server asked if it was all on the same bill, and my parents told her no, we would like it split. We placed our orders and everything was fine, but after waiting a little while, my drink never arrived. I kept waiting for our server to come back and check on our table, but she wasn’t coming. I tried to order on the touch screen, but for some reason, no drinks were available. So, finally, I flagged down a different server and ordered my drink, but she said she couldn’t help and I would have to wait for my server. She didn’t even offer to let her know or anything, just told me I had to wait. Finally, my server came back, and I reorderd my drink, which I received promptly. This is fine, mistakes happen, but it kinda just got worse. After finishing our meals, the server asked if I wanted any more mac n cheese. I thought this was odd, as I thought it wasn’t bottomless, but she said it was fine, and I could have more if I wanted. I happily accepted, but this also never arrived. Finally, when we were ready to leave, my parents went to pay using the touch screen. They entered their rewards number and it said they had earned $10 off. But, they noticed the bill hadn’t been split yet. They told our server, and she said no problem, she would split it. She did, and then my parents went in to pay again using the touch screen. This time, the rewards dollars had disappeared. They asked our server about it and she asked if we had tried to pay already. My parents said yes, and she said they didn’t give her enough time to split the bill. We said we had asked her at the beginning of the meal but apparently we were supposed to ask her again before paying, but how were we supposed to know that? When asked about the rewards dollars, she said there was no way to fix it, didn’t offer any solutions or even offer to get a manager or anything to try to fix it. Just really disappointing service overall. Food was delicious though.

Haven’t been to a Red Robin in almost 10 years & it was very disappointing. Fried pickles were undercooked (doughy) and the chicken wings are so ridiculously huge, that it is obvious they are using cheap wings that have been injected with hormones/antibiotics! Both my husband and I are struggling with upset tummies at this lunch. No hand sanitizer in either wall dispenser and no toilet paper in one of the women’s stalls or paper towel in the dispenser near the door. Will not be back!!!

This place is good. It’s my first time here and liked it. I tried there $10 deal and it’s worth it. Burgers were good and fries were nice. I would have liked steak fries a bit crunchy.
Place was maintained clean and well served.
There was an entertainment tab on the table to play games while you wait and it was shorting for me that they charge to use that tab. There was no notice about the charge until I saw it in the bill, this was shocking to me.
