There was 4 of us that went on Sunday, we had two children with us. There was no wait for a table and the waitress was really nice so it started off really good. Until I realized We were all on drink number 2 and my kids were constantly telling me they were hungry. I was telling them to be patient until I realized that the party that was sitting next to us that came in way after us was almost done eating. When I asked the waitress she said oh we’re just busy. I said but they came after us and are already eating. She went to check and then came and told me that she never put our order in. She then put it in, at this point we’ve already been sitting there for over an hour. While she took responsibility for her mistake I don’t feel that they cared much to make it right. The manager came over and said she was going to do something for us. The waitress came back and said she was going to comp half the meal. The manager came back to the table and said we could have any dessert on her. The waitress then joked that she did not need any more complaints from our table. She then said it was really busy and we should just come back during the week when it’s less busy. They took off one $17 meal and that was it. We sat at that table for over two hours with no food and two children. Unacceptable!

We stopped in on a random Thursday and sat at the bar. Chasity was very very friendly. Just amazing conversation and amazing customer service. She was hoping to get out of there a little early that night but the conversation and atmosphere I’m sure she ended up staying until closing suggesting movies and enjoying the time. It was a great evening there. And great customer service is hard to find. Good job Chasity!!

Welcoming, colorful, lively atmosphere with great food and service. During my visit, My server encouraged me to sign up for the Red Robin app to receive a free appetizer. Three minutes later, I had a free hot basket of fresh mozzarella sticks with my burger!! Always a delicious experience!!

We had stopped coming to RR due to repeated bad service, cold food etc but at my grandson’s request for his birthday dinner we returned. Wow….what a difference! We were very pleasantly surprised— great service, hot food, refilled fries that were also hot and fresh. I recommend anyone who experienced less than good service in the past to give them another try. We will be back!

This was one of the best dining experiences that I have had in a long time. The customer service was absolutely outstanding from the time we walked in the door until we walked out. The food was so hot and tasty. Our server Chasity was a breath of fresh air. We never had to request anything she just brought it. The way she monitored her station ensuring everyone had what they wanted and needed reminded me how customer service used to be. Shout out to Kelly for the amazing job supervising. Definitely coming back!!!!

Our server was ok. The food could’ve been better. I had the wings with their new hot honey flavor. I’m not sure how much sauce supposed to be on the wings but there was barely any sauce on them. I guess the burgers are really the only good thing on the menu.

Anytime we order from here using Grubhub, we’ve gotten everything except today. This time they fell short. We were supposed to have an A1 Burger, Bacon N Bleu, Sauteed Shroom, Fried chicken wrap, and a mac and cheese kids order. We were missing the entire order of the fried chicken wrap and the mac and cheese order. I’ve always known Red robin for their quality checks on their orders, this was not the case today. I understand maybe forgetting a drink, but 2 whole meals? Come on now.
