For a while now, Red Robin has been slipping in terms of service and food. Yesterday was a very welcome return to the high quality one used to expect from Red Robin. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and swift. Drinks were refilled without asking, the food was fresh and prepared as requested, and the meal was paced well. Even with the restaurant quite full (and our server having many tables to handle) our meal arrived quickly. This marked a great improvement over previous visits to this location. The staff has done a great job turning this location around and it shows.

My husband, daughter, and I dined in. We also picked Togo up. Their mac-and-cheese is amazing and most definitely hit the spot for my daughter and I in the comfort department. I had the fish sandwich, my daughter had the grilled chicken bites with mandarin oranges, and my husband had a burger with onion rings. There was so much food that we had leftovers. It was our first time there, and we will be returning whenever we’re in town!

Prices are climbing here like they are everywhere else, but at least the staff remains friendly and the food remains consistent. I wish the cheese dip would come out hotter but they are probably worried about people burning themselves. They have other bottomless options besides fries too, like chips, broccoli, or an upgrade for sweet potato fries or regular fries with garlic seasoning

I think most all Red robins are the same depending on what time you get there. I think I ordered the same thing every time I go as well. Nothing to complain about the food was good. Service was good. The place was clean. We went in the middle of the afternoon so it was pretty empty.

We loved our RR in AZ and went often. Now we live in VA and the food was not nearly as good. Definitely not worth the 30 minutes drive. Have to find a new burger joint in Williamsburg.

My son and I go to this location often for little date date nights. Each time I go I have the most attentive service and not by just the server assigned to our table but fellow servers assisting the floor. It’s nice to see how diligently the staff works together to make the operation flow as a whole. Great job NN Red Robin team! Keep it up!

For Red Robin to be a gourmet burger place, I am very disappointed. A bacon burger with the burger patty being so small and the bacon being paper thin with a fake smokey taste for the price…we didn’t even bother also the very small portion of fries on the plate was sad looking. The wing choices are limited but they were alright.

Everything was great and my waiter was amazing. I didn’t like my drink and the bar tender came over and helped me make it better which was amazing. I will be returning soon.
