It’s better to dine in. Didn’t have a good experience doing the Take out option. Things was missing from my order. But love the service at the Fair Oaks location. Drinks was great staff was on point. Now the Sterling location is definitely different. Service was meh waited a min to be seen and the seated. Gave us a booth table that clearly needed to be wiped down it was sticky. Their bone-in wings are freaking awesome EVERY TIME. And love that they offer steak cut fries which is the best. It’s a good spot for burger and wings I’ll try something else one of these days.

Just a fine place to try out some decent burgers. I liked the strawberry shortcake shake. The portion sizes were massive. I did not like the quality of chicken though, that needs improvement. Overall, a place for casual dining, when everything else is closed one can prefer this.

I’ve been to several Red Robins in different states. This is a super good one!!! Clean bathrooms.. good prices. Our waitress was amazing!! When I come back to visit VA, I’ll come back!!

Awesome Red Robin location in Sterling at the Dulles Town Center. Cooper is a great manager and seems like a very nice person. We spoke for a little bit about Red Robin history and different topics relating to the restaurant. My Mad Love was amazing, perfectly cooked just as I requested. My server was very nice and respectful. She commented that I look like a cool person. Thanks!! I will definitely be back!!

The service is fairly fast and always friendly. I try a different sandwich every time and I’ve never been disappointed here. Occasionally some of the burgers are a bit salty, but never so much where I didn’t finish every single bite. The bottomless steak-fries are always a great value add, but sometimes they can be slow with the refills. Overall, a great experience every time. 4 stars.

I went here this past Sunday with a party of 10 for my daughters birthday. The staff and service was amazing, They even sang happy birthday for her. We all had a blast. The manager was a nice gentleman who made sure everything was good and helped our table as well. I just wanted to express my feeling and say thank you for an amazing experience!

Not nearly as welcoming as other Red Robins I have been in, this is definitely an under performing restaurant. Went at peak dinner time and it was dead, maybe 4 people dining in. When you walk it your hit with a weird smell of almost “sewer” it’s absolutely disgusting. We were initially offered a seat near the bar, but asked for something farther away, the smell was still present, just not as noticable. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, public restrooms are far cleaner than these. Restaurant is in need of a good deep cleaning, sticky floors, dust and dirt evident everywhere. If this location isn’t saved soon, it will become victim to other restaurants nearby. I will not be back to this location when I am traveling again.

we are consistent weekly customers. my friends and i come in almost 3/4 times a week. This particular night was by far the worst experience ever! as we were being attended by a gentleman in the bar area that we’ve never had before. Everything we asked him for (ordering) was replied with a attitude response or a loud sigh as if what we were asking for was too hard for him to get done or he didn’t want to help us. don’t know if we will be returning again to this location!
