If I could give this place 0 stars I would, our waiter also known as the bartender gave us no time to decide what we wanted for drinks. Then after receiving our drinks (2 root beer) and (2 virgin colada) the root beers tasted like root beer mixed with lime the waiter proceeded to say they accidentally mixed it with raspberry, as well as the coladas had zero coconut in it and was straight chunks of ice. As for our food it was cold and and they completely made one of the meals wrong ( wasn’t even the right meal) overall was a horrible experience

Jenn crushed it out of the park for us. My 7 year old wanted to celebrate her bday by us going to Red Robin, and she made a great choice! Food was great, and Service was even better (thanks for also making it great for the 5yr old too – made it a great night!)

We walked in around 8:40p on a Tuesday, and the restaurant didn’t close until 10p. There was no one we could see even eating inside yet when we walked in and had a clear view of the kitchen via the isle directly facing it, my wife and I saw the kitchen staff throwing a hissy fit about the fact that we walked in, despite there being over an hour before it was time to close. Being a family of color, it really did not look good from the all Caucasian staff. We were so offended we just walked back out the door and decided to go somewhere else to spend our money. It says a lot that the staff decided to perform that unwelcoming display knowing we would be able to see them.
I would NOT recommend this restaurant.

Plenty of free parking. Waitress Jen was magnificent. Better service than Mortons’ or Ruth’s Chris. Lots of kids and noise, but it’s Lancaster. Many TVs all on ESPN, so they could do more variety. Food was good and endless fries were plentiful. Two thumb way up!

Food was decent a bit of flavors not there. In my opinion the different flavor bottomless fries are a one trick pony.
Nothing special, we couldn’t even finish the fries on our plate. So the marketing idea is interesting but it doesn’t work for me.
Chicken tenders, that I will never buy again. Dry, no flavor.
Roasted Chicken was a bit bland. Juicy but bland in flavor.
Fried fish, tasted good, just Nothing that I would say WOW THAT’S GOOD!

Come on down and try this place out if you haven’t. It’s good food served to you by some nice people. If you’re looking for a place to take the family too and perhaps have some leftovers. Come on in, they are waiting for you. You will have to ask for more fries off the bat. They seem to not really want to give them delicious fries out.

The burgers were absolutely amazing, as a vegetarian they had such great options. The impossible burger can be swapped for any of their traditional burgers which I loved. We got the onion ring tower, Oreo milkshakes and three burgers. We went in around lunch time and only had a 10 minute wait for our table which was pretty good. Then the food came out probably 30 minutes after which isn’t bad considering we went on a Sunday during lunchtime. Our waitress was lovely and attentive, good job!
