It’s decently priced with lots of bottomless options. Workers are friendly but often inexperienced. They had to be reminded a lot and mixed up orders, forgot straws and utensils, etc. I liked their selection of beers and burgers. Milkshakes were good too. Food quality okay, not mind-blowing and not terrible. I’d come here again.

Decided to take the kids here because they had been asking for a while. It is much bigger inside than it looks. Didn’t have to wait long and the hostess was friendly and courteous. The burgers are good and a step above Wendy’s and Burger King. And the bottomless sides are truly bottomless and yummy. Server was very friendly and the restaurant is very family friendly. Took a star off for getting charged to use the tablet without being warned beforehand. Other than that a nice place to get some good food and even watch a game and grab a beer if you are in the area.

Came here with a large group and the waitress took our order and didn’t write it down- and she still got it right!!! Amazing! The staff were friendly and very nice. I couldn’t order my burger rare because we were told the burgers were pre-processed- whatever that means?! The burgers were unimpressive: no flavor, thin, and over cooked. The endless fries are nice. I would not go out of my way to go here for a good burger.

We came here yesterday for lunch the server was a young lady who greeted us with a big smile and was very friendly. She was very busy it was the lunch rush but she was attentive. The food came out pretty fast and was delicous. Sometimes you just need a really good burger covered in cheese. Endless fries or vegetables with all burgers. Good beer slection. They accept credit and debit cards.

I went there today for the first time and it was delicious!!! I had the teriyaki burger with sweet potato fries with a pina colada and it was amazing! My friend had the bleu burger and she loved it as well. The server was fabulous, took care of everything perfectly. Would definitely go to this location again!

I really enjoy Red Robin. Their burgers are amazing(I’ll usually just get a basic cheeseburger and steal half of my mom’s specialty burger). We start with the Pretzel bites which are a little greasy, but really good with beer cheese sauce. The bottomless fries are good. I usually upgrade to the garlic herb fries for $1.99(but there bottomless too). For dessert I usually get the Mile High Mudd Pie. It is so good, but unless you are really hungry, it is a dessert to split.

Great staff not so attentive kitchen staff. Manager and waitress were great. This was our first not so great visit. It was on an afternoon when kids were off from school during lunch time which still wasn’t busy at all. That’s what made me startled as to why the not so great burger that was delivered.

Below average restaurant. Tables remain dirty until customers ready to be seated. Waiters not the most attentive in refilling water/ being available to ask for refills on bottomless sides. I was shocked by the size of the Mac and cheese entree. It was a small bowl for $10. Would expect it to be bigger. It was slightly bigger than side of broccoli. It was not even fully warm, cheese on top not melted and it was lacking breadcrumbs on top as described on the menu. Steamed broccoli was just that. No seasonings. Zucchini fries a bit too oily and soggy. Sweet potato fries were better. Will not return.

Came here on a Friday night and didn’t have to wait for a seat. I felt they were lacking staff and they were rushing all the time. I got the Prime Chophouse and it was just okay. I didn’t like the onion bun. You get free refills on some beverages and fries but I didn’t bother.

Rebranded Red Robin serves alcohol and wants you to know it! (They actually always served alcohol) Great burgers! Try the mushroom Swiss burger! Dump that Red Robin seasoning on your fries. And everything else! I got the blta. It was no burger.
