I ordered the new fnaf meal. I came in and they said they didn’t have any more of the cheese balls. I don’t have a problem with that because they said I could pick another side. I looked at the side menu and clearly see that biscuits are on there as a side. A worker said he had to ask the manager if I could get biscuits, she came out and told me with attitude “nope biscuits are not a side” I didn’t want anything else as I side so I decided to just leave without one. Also I didn’t realize until I got home but they forgot to give me one of my drinks. That part could be my fault for not realizing.

Got the FNAF meal, paid extra to get the whole meal, and we didn’t even get it. They were out of the cheesy bites, which we were fine, they gave an extra side as compensation, but they also didn’t give the marinara sauce nor the cupcake. We think they gave us some kind of cinnamon roll, but we don’t even know what it is because they said nothing.

RIP OFF!!! Don’t go to this location!! Ordered a 16 pc family meal, half spicy half mild. It came in 2 separate boxes and was all white meat. In fact, it was mostly breasts. No dark meat at all. I wanted a mixture of pieces. Look at the picture to see the size of the wings. They were tiny.!! That’s a complete rip-off for what they charge. Then, to top it off, we didn’t even get all of our sides!!

The Manager if you wanna call her that, had zero clue how to manage a kitchen. Couldn’t get food dropped or orders out. The 2 new girls were trying and her negative attitude was only getting in there way. After 30.00 in food, most was old tasting or cold, which didn’t matter, because later that night we all got sick from said food. Definitely wouldn’t waste my time ordering at this location.

just visited this popeyes with a crew of 15. the service was incredible. the staff was amazing and accommodating. so organized. i wish i could name the main lady that helped us but she wasn’t alone. best experience ever at a popeyes.

Did a mobile order. Took 20 min for me to get to pop eyes to pick up said mobile order just to find out they never made my order and pulled me off to the side.
Took additional 10 min to fix the food and kept coming back and fourth to my truck because they missing half my order.
