The lettuce in my salad was brown and soggy, could tell it was old. My mom’s burger had avocado and it was brown, never had received brown avocado anywhere before. My seat had dried sauce on it and as I stood there, waiting for someone to come to the table, various workers passed me and didn’t say anything while I was trying to wave someone down to clean it. The waitress was very polite and nice, but took forever for everything, even to bring sauce and containers. The manager was professional, but pretty cold and very ‘matter-of-factly’. I love Red Robin, but this location has the worst service of all the locations I’ve been to.

I always love coming to this Red Robin. Even on a busy weekend night there is little to no wait, the service is good, abd the environment is friendly. We ordered burgers, freckled lemonade, and the trio appetizer. All were delicious and served to our liking.

Amazing burgers. Would have given one more star but once they served me a burger with bacon when I specifically asked the server if the burger I’m ordering had any bacon in it and she relied with with a no. Found bacon bits inside halfway through eating the burger. Went back again after some time, and ordered the black and blue which only had the beef patty and blue cheese to be safe, and it was pretty good.

We went late and it wasn’t too busy, but they still needed to be asked several times to change the channel so we could watch a particular football game. Food was alright, server was friendly but considering how slow it was it seemed to take a while for the food to come out. Just an average burger place that tries to pretend to be a nicer restaurant than they are.

This location is filthy. The floors hadn’t been swept. We were sat in a booth by the window looking out to the mall. The glass was covered in fingerprints and smudges. The window sill itself was filthy. I had to wipe my seat just to sit down. The tables felt sticky. We accidentally spilled a lemonade so they moved us to the next booth. Just as dirty. Then I watched them come wipe up lemonade with just a napkin and I understood why the tables were sticky. Nothing was actually sprayed clean. I watched the waitress (not even a busser) come clear two tables next to me and they were just wiped down with a napkin too. My table had no salt but two ketchups. Two of us ordered burgers. They were so burnt that they tasted charred (ordered medium). The plus side was my son loved his wings and fries. We also had the bacon cheese dip for our fries which was really tasty.

First of all there was a 30 Minute wait because the host said that all the workers had called out and they were short staffed and they only had 1 server. Once we sat down we got greeted by an infestation of fruit flies , and to be honest I think I got full by eating so much fruit flies rather than my own food. The floors we dirty and the bathrooms looked as if they weren’t clean in days. Don’t come here unless you want to have a horrible experience and eat fruit flies.

I’ve always loved their burgers but their customer service surpasses their food. Their general manager, Jose, is a gem and a generous contributor to the local families in the Rockaway community especially when it comes to helping fundraise and be involved in school functions. He goes above and beyond what is asked and that’s how leaders should be so others can mirror it. Thank you!

We used to go here very often and loved the service and food. The service and food in the last year has dropped to the point we won’t even try anymore. Food always takes a very long time but then arrives cold and inedible. Management staff does nothing to help the situation.
