I am disappointed with my recent experience at this branch. For the first time, I encountered a 25-minute wait, and the food quality did not meet expectations. The french fries were prepared long before the burger, resulting in cold fries by the time my order was completed. Unfortunately, I had to throw them away.
It is surprising that a well-known food chain does not maintain an effective process to ensure items are served fresh and in proper sequence. I have visited this location many times before and never had an issue, but this experience was extremely frustrating. I also noticed many new staff members, so it is possible they are still in training.
I value my time and expect hot, fresh food in return for my hard-earned money. Based on this visit, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this branch.

This McDonald’s takes pride in moving slow.
It’s a new level of fast food at their pace. Average wait time after ordering from the Kiosk is 15 minutes.
The restaurant prioritizes the Drive through.
The food isn’t fresh either. Taste stale. Hard to believe with all the preservatives in it.
That’s 100% acceptable if you close the kiosks and order counter.
McDonald’s Corporate step in and retrain.

Was stuck in drive thru line for 51 minutes. Could not escape! Had used the app and prepaid so I had to wait. Other vehicles were driving out of line over bushes. Walked up to window to find out what was happening, and was told they only have 2 employees. I told them they should shut the store. People were mad a blowing their horns. I have had issues at this McDonalds in the past. This is it! Will never go to this McDonalds again!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Ordered on the kiosk for dine in and given no receipt. Waited 25 mins for food. Half the order came out after my coffee was spilled on the floor and then overheard the employee saying I was the reason he spilt my drink. Continued to wait for the drink and the rest of my order for an additional 20 mins. Save yourself the time and energy and go to the McDonald 1 mile down the road.

I visit this place every Friday to sort of celebrate the end of the work week and the start to the weekend. I’m always greeted by the same gentleman in the drive thru every time. Pretty small skeleton crew and he’s handling it all. Talking orders, moving and o the next window, bagging orders, handing out orders. He does it all in stride. I’m giving 5 stars because of this guy. He’s a hard worker and it’s so refreshing to see. This guy deserves a raise or some sorts or a promotion. I’d like to hear back on what can be done. It saddens me that he works there and instead of what most of us do and head home, he walks down the street to catch a bus to his second job to work another 8 hours. I get it with franchises. I worked at McDonald’s growing up and my buddy’s uncle owned 3 of them. People think your raking in 100’s of millions of dollars a year. The brand/corporation is but the individual owned stores are not. Whatever you can do for this man would be awesome! Thanks! -Matt

This mcdonalds is a hit or miss, usually a miss, they almost never have anything, the service is like a regular mcdonalds but im bummed theyre always out of something

I specifically ordered a burger with no pickles and add lettuce and received a burger with extra pickles and a ton of onions, no lettuce. I then got told it was because I didn’t order the deluxe and I needed to order the deluxe. I then had to wait over 20 minutes just for them to throw away the old burger instead of just letting me keep it and re make a new one meanwhile the rest of my food got cold. No compensation. I get that it’s McDonald’s but it’s not hard to be a decent manager.

Colder in the store than outside first thing in the morning service was terrible extremely slow with no customers. Wondered why, until I seen the I guess manager opening a bottle. Personally I think 9:30am is a tad early to drink but to each their own.

This place is like a morgue that is somehow less quick to help the customers. Consistently bad experience – the team is slow, gets orders wrong, and the restaurant is almost always missing some stockable item. Like cups.
