Had a great lunch here on a Sunday afternoon, we got right in and seated. All of our food came out hot and fresh I loved all of them sauces as well. The servers were very personable. The dragonfruit drink was so delicious as well loved that it was bottomless!

This is a photo of the chicken Ensenada served, next to a photo of how it is supposed to look.
There were 3 tables occupied at dinner time.
The chicken was dry and just salty! Looks like they tried passing off one breast as two, by cutting it in half. I didn’t realize that if I ordered fries, the salad wasn’t included, my bad. The server didn’t really seem to care that we were unhappy with the food. Didn’t offer to take it off the bill or remake it.
I’ve eaten here a few times. I think I’m done.

Typical burger place, wasn’t overly impressed with the food. Their garlic fries were just steak fries topped in chopped garlic and a bit of parsley?, no other seasoning/salt/etc. Burger was ok, pretzels were really good, the sauce for dipping was good.
Price range; it was on the lower end for burger places but still within average. Atmosphere was nice, service was good. Average burger place. Wouldn’t say no to going again, but wouldn’t be 1st pick.

Went in tonight for dinner, and service was not as it has been in the past. We were seated promptly, and given menus (there were 2 of us). When the waitress came over she was polite, she took our appetizer order, and our drink order. We ordered 2 beers, 2 apps. Waited 5 min and 1 beer came out, was told the keg needed to be changed and it would be a couple of minutes. 10 min later she said there was only half a glass of beer left would I like that? No thank you I said. So she offered a bottle of the beer instead, so I agreed and waited again another 10 min, just to find out they don’t even sell it in a bottle, and again she offered me the same half glass of beer that I already said I did not want, are you seriously asking me to drink from the bottom of the keg, not to mention only half a glass. I’m sure it would have been full price as well. I didn’t ask for anything for free. We cancelled our order and paid our check, and left.

What a pleasant experience I had today at the Red Robin. They truly know what hospitality means making people feel welcome making people feel excited about the food tremendous service all around. One thing that I’ve learned over my many years of being in hospitality The most successful restaurants have either the owner or the manager go to every table and ask how their experience was. This is by far the best experience I’ve had here in Maine with respect to hospitality Great job. I highly recommend that you go and check out this Red Robin location they’re doing great things there thank you.

1st timers. Very very friendly service. I had the A1 burger. The garlic aioli and steak sauce made a tasty burger. The free unlimited fries came with an addictive bbq dipping sauce. My wife had the Royal Red Robin burger complete with a sunny side up egg. Very good food and service for a chain family restaurant. I will definitely visit again.

At 6:00 p.m. when we arrived the restaurant was practically empty and we wondered why. We stood at the hostess station for five minutes before someone acknowledged and seated us. There are harsh bright white lights over the tables (this is new since I was there last maybe a year ago) along with those mini computers flashing annoying ads. It was also cold inside so we left our coats on. Our burgers/sandwiches were average. Lettuce and tomatoes had some browning and the steamed broccoli was cold and underdone. The one pleasantly bright aspect of our meal was our server who was lovely.

I always thought this restaurant chain was just a regular fast food restaurant but I decided to visit them for the first time a few days ago and I was surprised by the quality of service they provide, the food is not the kind that is at the top of my preferences when I go out for dinner but their burgers are one of the best ones you can find on the road. Unfortunately the restaurant was had some kind of issue with a water leak. Instead of advising us of that when we enter they chose to let us order then bring so so good and our waitress never came back to check on us. The meal was supposed to have an unlimited side dish but we never asked if we would like more of our side dish. Overall we spent 53.00 dollars on a lame meal.
