Update from original rating: Changed from five stars to four stars. Service can be terribly slow and the amount of fries they give you are “8-10” fries at a time according to the servers. They say this is because they’re bottomless fries, but only putting 8 fries on a plate makes it look like they just want to say they do x amount of bottomless fries each day.
Original review: The burgers and fries were great. Not sure why the place wasn’t busy at all for a Saturday night. I recommend this place for a group dinner for burgers and fun. We will come back the next time we’re in town and want a burger.
Another excellent experience!!! Love the chicken salad with delicious honey mustard dressing, large portion…my friend had blue cheese burger…she loved it!!! You can pay on kiosk at table..makes checking out quick and easy!! Great service..no wait!! Clean. You can play trivia/ video games at kiosk on table.
The male Host, that greeted us was high and not on Pot. Couldn’t figure out that there was 4 of us together and didn’t want us to sit anywhere but the bar. Listen, I get it. When its slow in a restaurant, you try and corral all people into one section but seriously. If we wanted to go to a bar, it most certainly wouldn’t be at Red Robin.
So overall……
Eh. Really not what I was expecting. I assumed it would have that chain vibe, but this place is pretty awful and for four(4) people it was $97.63.
Onion rings. Ehhhh
Pretzel Bites. Not bad, but I mean its a pretzel.
A1 burger. Eh really bland.
Guiness? WAY TOO COLD.
Bottomless fries? No thanks, please just bring me a portion of fries that can last throughout the meal. Very weird to be trying to get the check and they’re just bringing fries over.
Speaking of the fries, Wow what is award winning about those “Steak” fries? Bland and blah, undercooked the first batch. Overcooked the second batched, either way. Not enjoyable.
Let’s talk about my friends for a moment. One of them ordered. “Nachos” the waitress even commented on how good they are! Well. Nope. Barely any toppings, and zero cheese from what we could see. Trust me. There wasn’t much too see.
Listen. If you enjoy this as a “Gourmet” Burger. It might be time for you to get the check. If you see this place advertised on TV, skip it and go to a local chain that produces tasty food. I will not be surprised to see this location go out in less than 5 years.
Save room for dessert and get the donut rings on a skewer!
Forgot to mention before: get the tower of onion rings as an appetizer. The best.
