We went to Panda before an eye appointment 25 miles from our house. The food was sooo good and fresh.
Usually Panda has been slipping with quality. The food is usually dry. This panda, the food was moist. I had ample sauce.
I called over a nearby manager that was cleaning to compliment them. She brought over the manager and I told him I use to be a Chef/Manager. I know and appreciate; Quality,Service,and Cleanliness.
This location had all Three! I was very impressed. I look forward to coming back!!

We stopped by Panda House on Christmas Eve around 7:47 p.m., and WOW — it was incredibly busy! They were clearly short-staffed, with at least 15 cars in the drive-through and a steady line inside, yet the employees absolutely crushed it. HUGE kudos to this amazing team! Not once did we see any frustration, negativity, or slowing down — just nonstop hard work, kindness, and professionalism. They handled a massive wave of last-minute holiday customers with grace and efficiency. I truly hope Panda Express recognizes and appreciates these outstanding employees who worked so hard while closing on Christmas Eve. Even with the wait, our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Outstanding service all around — thank you for making our holiday evening better!

My fried rice was not done when I called to seek replacement rice the lady was very hostile and told me,that there’s nothing that their store can do about it. So by the time I made a U turn and back to the store site the guy that rung my food up was leaving and the hostile phone lady had already left as well I was not far from the store either so that was weird. There was no manager on site for me to speak with so idk how this store is being properly ran. So by this time I just want my money back the store refused to give me back my money of 32.59 I paid in cash so there for I will no longer support this trifling unmanaged location again this was my 1st time here and will be my last! GET A MANAGER FOR YOUR STORE! This store don’t deserve the 1 star

The customer service at this location was great. The food was delicious, although some of the entrées could have been warmer. We ate in, the dining room was clean, with adequate seating. Overall, we enjoyed our meals, pictures below of our food. If you haven’t tried the grilled teriyaki chicken, I highly recommend do so.

Just keep driving. Service ranges from openly hostile to politely deceptive, and its been this way for at least 15 years. If they don’t have a component of you order, and they never will have it all, understand that your real wait time is 10 – 20 minutes regardless of what you’ve been told. Your order will still be wrong, but now its also cold.

I’ve tried this place twice now, and both times they were out of egg rolls. On top of that, when I got home, parts of my order were missing. Unfortunately, the food I did receive wasn’t good enough to finish. Really disappointing experiences overall. I wouldn’t recommend spending your time or money here.

The line was short around 1:30. I feel this is the best time to go if you are a late lunch person. I gave it 4 stars because it’s always busy at regular eating times. However, the food is delicious, with healthy food proportions. I still think the food trumps all with 5 stars. Thanks for another great meal.
