Pulled up to this little stand not knowing what to expect and… wow. The broth is rich, velvety, and packed with flavor. Noodles? Springy perfection. That jammy egg? A masterpiece. And don’t get me started on the pork belly—melts like butter.
The whole vibe is low-key cool, but the bowls come out looking (and tasting) like pure art. Every bite had me questioning why I eat ramen anywhere else.
10/10 recommend if you’re in the mood for comfort food that absolutely slaps. Red Rabbit, you’ve officially ruined me for all other ramen. ❤️

Finally made it over to Red Rabbit! They have a small, hand crafted menu of delicious ramens. I’ve tried the TanTan and the Curry, both with pork belly, and they were both out of this world. And the charred shishito peppers are a fun addition. Location is EXCELLENT, as it shares a space with Echo Spirits Distilling Co, so you can pair your ramen up with a next level cocktail ((or mocktail)). Xavy and Blaine are the nicest humans ever and I’ll definitely be back soon!

Update (Dec 28, ’24): Finally got a chance to try ramen here with the new ownership. The owners are very friendly and easy to talk to. It was nice meeting them. The ramen tastes absolutely delicious. Nothing has changed. They have more tables and chairs outside compared to how it was before, which I love. Still the best ramen in Columbus!
The best ramen place is Columbus but unfortunately they are going to close very soon. I have tried vegetarian ramen at many restaurants in Columbus and none of those places come anywhere close to this place in taste. The broth was very flavourful and creamy. Cannot recommend this place enough to all the ramen lovers. My wife does not like ramen but even she liked this place. I hope that they sell this place to people who would run it well. Fingers crossed.

Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Columbus. Fantastic ramen (recommend the spicy miso or kimchi ramen) with a surprisingly flavorful oat milk based vegan broth. They do not skimp out on Chashu (which are thick and have great umami), and the noodles have a nice chewy texture.
Be sure to try the yakitori as well. Has a wonderful smoky aroma that can contend with any izakaya in Japan.
Columbus is very lucky to have such an awesome ramen spot, and it’s a yatai to boot!

We finally grabbed some ramen from the new management and it was just as good!!!
Everything is absolutely delicious!!!! So so so fresh! The ramen is perfect to warm up on a cold day! (We got one of each, they were all great! The spicy ones definitely have a kick!) We also got the Shishito Peppers Yakitori and Chicken Yakitori but those were devoured before I could get a photo haha very good. But also the Yaki Ongiri?!?! I didn’t know rice balls could be that scrumptious.

I love Red Rabbit! I got the miso ramen and it was so fresh and packed with flavor. I got it to go and had a 30 minute ride back home and it was still fresh.
The owner is friendly and I hope they’re able to get a store front one day because they really have something special here!

Hands down the best ramen in Columbus. Food is made right in front of you and the employees are so kind. Excellent food and customer service. I go almost every week. I have tried everything on the menu but the spicy miso is my favorite!

A hidden Ramen Gem in Columbus. Very, pleasantly surprised. In fact, I was blown away by the broth especially, in the spicy miso ramen. Really great depth of flavor, and really spicy. Noodles were also great, and the vegetables, very nice, but dang that broth stands out bigtime. I highly recommend trying it. Dude is killing it, honestly. I didn’t try them this time, but I did see an order of the steamed buns go out and they looked great too.
