Ordered some pizza for the family at 6:25pm. Delivery driver attempted to deliver at 7:30pm. It was the wrong order. Its ok mistakes happen, we call the store and let them know. Here is the answer “I can’t really do anything but refund the order, there are 16 other orders in the que”. That answer left me stunned, I was expecting “Sorry about that, lets see if I can remake your order. We are a little backed up but I will squeeze it in” Customer service 101. What a miss by Dominos!

placed my order of cheese pizza and garlic knots at 5:53pm. said to pick up in 8-13 mins. got off work at 6. got there at 6:07pm and they haven’t prepped my pizza yet. i asked the guy who long and he said 15 mins on top of the 14 mins i already waited.

Placed an order tonight (on a week night) at 5:30 and the ETA was 30-40 minutes. It is now 6:45 and my order has been in the car for almost an hour and has been pushed back to 7pm but they are still across town. They also have a habit of marking the order as “delivered” long before it actually is, maybe to make it harder to complain about timing. Very frustrating.

2 pizzas, identical to my last order 1 month ago, now twice as much $.
The app has the wrong address for this location, so it didn’t see that I had arrived to pick up. I was a little early & the employee told me my order wasn’t ready yet.
I waited inside for 15 minutes & eventually found out it was ready because the order tracker indicated so after I signed in to the app again. Guess I would’ve been left to wait indefinitely otherwise.

There is no way that a pizza toppings should be so thin in places you can see the crust. People work hard for a pizza break. And to even think we took the time to pick it up at the store not even delivery. Your official review ” Not worth Half the price, and it’s the poor operators of franchises like this that effect the good ones” Domino’s corporate should investigate this operator immediately! (order a pickup pizza, 2 of them) Good Luck
