Hostess/Waitress/Server was nice but slow. Place is understaffed for a Monday, October 6, 2025. I was specific with my order of a very well done pepperoni pizza and parm fries. After a moderate but expected wait, my order was delivered to my table. I decided to make it to go–upon re-entering my room to devour my food i was somewhat puzzled by what looked like a frozen microwaved pizza and warm parm fries. I did get ketchup. I recommend taking a drive to find another location with a more spirited, skilled and better staffed team to enjoy a good meal. Over priced for warm, frozen style fried food. Jus saying.

There are no words to describe such a location. I would say it was peak, legendary even- but those feeble words would not do it justice. To be fair I probably have a bias from 3 hours of jetlag and a lack of anything to eat it prior, but- its not the food. Its the man. Aziz, oh Aziz. If there was an embodiment of pure soul this man would fill this roll. From his kindness to his service, he has to be the nicest bartender I’ve ever encountered. The description I’ve given does little to even scratch the ray of sunshine that is his personality. I cant for the life of me see the drag of darkness in his presence… and food.

Slowest service ever. Only 1 bartender on a Saturday night and she seemed to ignore me sitting at the bar whenever I needed a drink. It took me 3 1/2 hours to complete an entree and 3 beers.

Wings were tiny and overcooked BUT the quesadilla was fantastic. The bartender was awesome!

Overpriced, as there are no other food options within quick walking distance of the hotel. Got the chicken pie, which was basically a stew with a puff pastry inside. Was not filling and cost nearly $30. Should’ve gotten a $20 pizza like my companions. We were all in a hurry during a conference at the hotel. Service was average.

We were hotel guests for five nights and chose to eat here one of those nights. We both ordered caesar salads , mine with salmon and my husband’s with the chicken. We figured the chicken would be outstanding at a rotisserie grill but it was not fresh, very rubbery, overcooked and tasteless. The craft cocktails were not well made either. $98 for two very mediocre salads and drinks. Left us wishing we’d gone out and explored a local restaurant.

Aziz is a great bartender. I came here several times for work over a year ago. I have been back sparingly over the last year but he remembers me every time and is always professional, on the spot with drinks and orders and is very attentive. Food is decent. It’s a hotel restaurant, it’s not Ruth Chris. Hotel is an embassy and one of the better ones. I appreciate the service!! Thanks Aziz!!

The one 5-star review must have been a friend of the staff…. Speaking of staff it must be a prerequisite to be arrogant and lazy. Every time I think to give them “another shot” it never fails. Slow service with an attitude. Plan on being ignored for at a minimum of 5 minutes and it doesn’t speed up from there. But you’ll be surely asked to cash out before their shift ends too. I just don’t understand how anyone in the people business can be so horrible. If this is your norm, then at least ease up on the premium prices…..

We came here for the first time for their Easter brunch buffet. While the food was nothing great, it wasn’t bad either. It was a good deal for the price. Shout-out to the service team, especially our server, Frank. He was just amazing.

The gfood was delicious especially the super tender special Rotisseire prime rib. There were some gluten free options as well.
