Sadly, their delivery didn’t show up, and they were out of many items all around food selections, drinks, etc.
Had to be CRAB LEGS they were out of Lobster Bisque, Nope. Salmon, nope, hush puppies, none. No tequila, no merlot.
I felt sorry for the waiter.
He did kindly tell me when I sat down. And had to repeat again when my friends arrived.
Five stars plus for our waiter. Rolls seemed extra salty, still delicious. Lobster tails could have cooked 2 minutes longer.
Coconut Shrimp were delicious, and tropical sauce was pineapple and something delicious.
Food was only barely okay.
And not what we went for.
Not sure we’ll go back.

Red lobster on route 200 in Ocala Florida is absolutely the worst establishment Red lobster owned. They did not open the door at 11:00 a.m. I called the restaurant and they told me they would not open until 11:15. We went to another establishment to eat I will not be back to Red lobster. They have a posted sign for the time that they open and they do not honor their own posted sign

It’s unfortunate that instead of fixing the quality of service and menu options, this organization instead gives up and just asks the customer not to return. Unbelievable stuff from corporate!
I had a poor experience at two different locations and this, was literally the Director of Operations resolution. They thanked me for my past patronage, and asked me not to return!
What’s most concerning about this, is that the store asks for patrons to leave feedback. I was literally given a card with the store manager’s name and contact information in order to leave a Google review. I suppose this is only desired if the experience is pleasant.
This is a disgraceful display of lacking accountability for both the restaurant and the corporate leadership. It’s as if they are giving the locations the authorization to run as poor as they wish without any recourse.
I appreciate them following up, but I was floored at the response. Specifically because this was coming from corporate.
I’ll let the readers determine if this response to extremely poor service from multiple locations was appropriate.

This is the second chance I have given this restaurants and the same result. Again I had to wait more then 25 minutes past promised time. Also my order was incorrect. I was supposed to receive 4 baked potatoes, good thing we checked because of past experience they were not included. So after waiting more then 25 minutes past promised time I had to go in. Finally given my potatoes and empty sorrys. Also for a build your own meal we received 20 total shrimp scampi and with a double order of Walt’s shrimp only received a total of 20 more shrimp. So for 4 people we received only 40 shrimp. The gift cards I used to buy this was a gift but I still felt bad they spent money on an inferior item. I will tell everyone never to give me another Red Lobster gift card again. I now understand why Red Lobster is in trouble.

Everything was great; the food, the service. The dragon shrimp which I had never had before was awesome, just enough spice. And the salmon bowl was superb, as usually.
My guests also enjoyed the two lobster tails.
So why one star? I eat at red lobster every few weeks and I love accumulating rewards. But in my last visit to the West Palm Beach, my credits never got registered, even after I scanned my receipt and had to manually enter the receipt code. Week later no credit to my account.

As Time grows and goes on, I used to eat frequent at red lobster 78 years ago ever since I’ve seen the new CEO take over we went in today, and Brandon Florida was greeted professionally seated. The food was average and at the cost not there for the portion or the type of seafood that you got there. Also, y’all need to revamp those they’re hideous looking inside. You got a lot of work CEO either raise the prices and bring in more and better quality of seafood or lower the prices and bring in the crazy clientele.

Have gone to Red Lobster for many years. Have noticed a decline in the food last few meals. Last night decided we would never return again. Basically because of the food, although the service was awful as well. Always get coconut shrimp. The shrimp hardly had any coconut and under cooked. The sauce served with was thin, like watered down. The shrimp with Alfredo sauce was served with shrimp with the tails on. Who wants to stick their fingers in Alfredo sauce to remove the tail? I’m done with Red Lobster….good riddings. Much better places to go for seafood. I’m sure they will be out of business soon.

Shrimp pasta had a hair in it!! A hair!! The shrimp still had the hard tail attached IN THE PASTA!!
Ordered side of coleslaw.

Never got drinks for 15 minutes!! Why!!!!
Paid bill..wrong receipt!!
A different waitress took our receipt to a different table!!
Where are the floor managers?? Management not visible ..not once!!!

Ordered food online. Waited 30 minutes after pickup time. Got home and food was cold, not prepared as specified. One supervisor said I will replace food and refund cost. The chef said bring my food back and I will refund the money. Replaced the pasta meals but the lobster meal needed to be returned to get a new meal, not the pasta meals though. Reassured that I would get a refund. Called back today. “I saw no reason to give you a refund anymore because I gave you the food” Stopped talking to yell at an employee in kitchen “get out, you are making unnecessary meals just get out” Wow, I would not want to work for Sam.
