My love & I enjoyed an amazing late lunch date. Part of the reason it was so great was our server Jason. He was personable, had great suggestions for additions/choices for our meal. We got the Sailors Boil, & bacon wrapped Scallops, they were absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed the great service Jason provided, he has a great personality. Can’t wait to go back. We had such a great experience at the Medford Red Lobster! The staff was incredibly kind and patient, especially with the two energetic kids in the party. They went out of their way to make sure the kids had fun—even letting them pet the lobsters! The food was excellent too: perfectly cooked lobster, delicious Parmesan-crusted chicken, tasty shrimp scampi, and of course the amazing biscuits.
Special thanks to Ace, the manager, for leading such a thoughtful team. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was great! Our server, Jason, took great care of us and gave us a memorable experience. Our food was delayed and he offered us a free desert and a free refill of my mocktail. Probably one of the best Red Lobser restaurants I have been to. Looking forward to going back!

We want to compliment this establishment. We haven’t been to Red Lobster in years from previous experiences from the Texas locations where we live. The staff from the host to the waitress to the manager were all so nice and welcoming. The food was so very good and fresh. Definitely the best tasting food and managed. I would refer this location especially if you had a bad experience in the past. The new management has really made this place a welcoming and friendly environment with wonderful food. Thank you for the great evening.

My experience at Red Lobster was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. The biscuits were incredible as always, and everything came out quickly and exactly how we ordered it. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they’re serving.
But what truly made the night special was our waitress, Emily. She was attentive without hovering, so kind, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She kept our drinks filled, checked in at all the right times, and had such a warm, positive attitude the entire evening. It’s rare to come across service that feels both professional and personal, but Emily nailed it.
We left happy, full, and already talking about coming back. If you go to Red Lobster, ask for Emily. She made the whole experience five stars.

My wife just took me out the other night, and we were lucky to have been served by Sara (the sparkly one). She was so on top of things, courteous and attentive. My wife ordered steak and lobster, and she couldn’t have been more please with the steak (and she’s hard to please!). the seafood was all cooked right and good. The prices were fair too. I only gave three stars for atmosphere, because it’s a large chain restaurant. But overall, it was a great evening out.
