Valentines Dinner with my love was made very special by Maggie G. as our waitress. She was VERY helpful, professional and good hearted as well as being an outstanding waitress. She took our orders then came back a little while later with a Lobster Dip “on the house” that she said another customer changed their mind on and she didn’t want to throw it away so it came our way…for free! What a sweetheart in making this a great Lover’s experience!

The food quality was amazing! I cannot express how grateful we are for Red Lobster hosting my wife’s birthday with a party of 11. Each plate was hot, cooked to order, and aside from a long wait enjoyable. Everyone in the party enjoyed their meal.
The atmosphere was welcoming, and we were allowed to bring many decorations to celebrate.
The one downside to our experience was the service. First, a shout out to the General Manager who was on duty on January 31st at 5-7pm. He was extremely welcoming and solved our wheelchair accessibility issue on the spot. Unfortunately, our Waitress, Kathryn N, provided sub-par attendance and attention at best. On three occasions, we waited more than 20 minutes for drink refills. There were a couple times food additions were missed or not brought even after reminder. I understand a busy atmosphere, especially with our group, but I would have hoped for a waiter or waitress that was more attentive. It really made an almost perfect dinner evening just shy of unacceptable attendance.
Overall, the dinner was great, service by the General Manager, especially attention to detail was top-notch, but waiter service should be increased.

This was a terrific experience. I have not eaten at Red Lobster in years. I had the lobster roll with fries and it was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was great and comfortable. I did not have to wait for anything. Our server was prompt and friendly. This is definitely a restaurant that I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the near future.

Leighana was absolutely, hands-down, the main reason I am leaving five stars. She was one of the best servers that we have had in a very long time. Great personality, made suggestions, upsell products on the menu. The food was prompt and tasted good.The atmosphere was clean! Overall the staff we interacted with, were amazing. From hostesses (with great socks) the bussers, to manager on duty. Leighana just wowed us with exceptional service. I fully believe in giving shout outs when they are well deserved! We look forward to returning to this location.

I recently tried Red Lobster’s brand-new Mariner’s Boil bag meal and the Crab Queso appetizer, and I’m thrilled to report: the hype is real! The Mariner’s Boil came packed in a convenient bag with a succulent Maine lobster tail, snow crab legs, a dozen plump shrimp, sweet corn, and tender red potatoes. The seasoning options—like Cajun butter—were bold and rich, delivering a satisfying Cajun‑style seafood feast .

To kick things off, the Crab Queso appetizer was an absolute delight—warm, cheesy, and brimming with fresh crab. Just the right balance of creamy and savory, it set the tone perfectly for the main event.

Our server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic—making the entire experience feel special. They kept our drinks full, answered every question with a smile, and checked in on us at the ideal moments.

Bottom line: with delicious, hearty seafood, a standout appetizer, and service that made us feel truly cared for—it’s a winner. Five stars all the way!

Food was good! But I ordered a choclate wave desert to go for $11:99 and the size was a tiny little peace. Last time I ordered the same thing it was double the size. When you spend that much on a peace of chocolate cake give a decent portion size.

Service was ideal. Our server was Sierra. She was upbeat. Food was cooked really well. One of the absolute best dining experiences I’ve had at a chain restaurant in years. We will be back.

This was the worst service ever. Valentine dinner. I get it’s busy, but we made reservations. Checked in and were forgotten! After 40 minutes of waiting we finally asked how much longer. They apologize, get us seated in 10 minutes. But, our waitress, she was too overwhelmed. We were told that biscuits would be a bit cause they were cooking, yet a couple was seated well after us, with a different server, got biscuits right away. We still had to ask to get biscuits. We ordered drinks and appetizers when seated, and NEVER got them. Ready to walk out after waiting at the table 45 minutes to get any kind of service. 2 hours of waiting on Valentines Day to just go home and have leftovers from the week. Screw you Red Lobster! I’m giving one star only because I can’t give a negative star.
