My husband my family and I came out to eat. Everything was going wrong from a long wait, to drinks coming 15 minutes later and our appetizer never came.
We were getting ready to leave and asked to speak to a manager.
That’s the best choice we made about this restaurant.
We had the privelage of speaking to a manager name Marisha and she turned the worst experience into the best. She was caring and she listened to everything we said.
She made us feel important and not just another table that has money.
She immediately brought our food out and checked on us throughout the entire meal.
This woman is a manager who cares about her customers and is genuinely interested in keeping her customers happy!
This has been the first time a manager has came and showed concern about our experience and we have been coming here for years.
We even noticed all the employees were in a better mood from her helping. It became a positive experience.

My first visit to Red Lobster was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere, lighting, and overall vibe of the restaurant were fantastic and made the experience feel special. The service throughout the evening was consistently excellent.
I ordered the steak and lobster, and both were outstanding. The steak was cooked perfectly to my preference, and the lobster dipped in butter was rich, tender, and incredibly delicious. Every bite felt like a real treat.
Lori, our server, truly made the night. She was warm, attentive, and full of positive energy, providing impeccable customer service from start to finish. Because of her and the overall experience, I’m already looking forward to coming back.

We spoke to the manager about the specials and she was great, the food was generous and nicely prepared at a great price. I think our server was Savanna, whose service was exceptional. My friend and I both ordered and enjoyed the 3 shrimp special. A great evening. If you haven’t been for awhile, go back.

My group of friends tried Red Lobster last week for the first time in a long time and had a great experience so we decided to go back again. This time it was an even better experience, not only was the food delicious but our server Lori provided some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. She was attentive, very helpful with ordering suggestions, and just an overall joy to have taken care of us. Give her a raise!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Went out to enjoy a bite to eat with some friends from out of town before the Christmas. The host was friendly and personable and we got a table right away. That was where the good experience ended. We sat at our table for 30+ minutes. No server. No manager. No employee.

The restaurant was under half capacity and there were 5 or 6 workers walking around. In the 30+ minutes we were there, we didn’t even get a water to sip on. We ended up leaving to go find someplace that would actually feed us.

Haven’t been to Red Lobster in a couple years and I was swiftly reminded why that was the case.

We went to Red Lobster last night. They couldn’t make a frozen margarita because their blender was broken. They didn’t bring the biscuits until we received our meals. We couldn’t order a large beer because they were out of glasses. The baked potato was dry and the lobster was overcooked. The only good thing was the waitress. Her name is Savannah.
