I’ve visited Red Lobster on Bell Road in Surprise, Arizona several times, and some of my most memorable experiences were with Tammy and Nevaeh.
Tammy’s service was second to none. She met every need and made sure all of our food was hot and fresh, which I appreciated so much. If there was ever a need, she handled it right away. I came in with both of my children — my nine-year-old and my infant who is still nursing — and she made sure I was completely comfortable. She was patient, attentive, and made sure my nine-year-old got exactly what he wanted, especially his crab legs. Her care and professionalism truly stood out.
On another recent visit, Nevaeh also went above and beyond to ensure everything we requested was met. She even took the time to go over the menu with us to make sure I was getting the best deal. My son ordered another crab boil, and I chose the Create Your Own Ultimate Feast. Everything was excellent. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made the experience even better.
We may need to save a few coins before our next visit, but we will definitely be back again!

Red Lobster, is one of our go to places for good food. Tonight, we went with friends to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day. As usual everything was outstanding. Ryan, was our waiter and found him to be very pleasant and provided great service. Thank you Ryan.

Ordered delivery for stuffed mushrooms with crab. 19.99. Definitely not worth it! Mushrooms were tiny button mushrooms, about 6 of them, with cheese and a dabble of crab, which I couldn’t taste over all the cheese. Not worth 20.00!

The host was pleasant and welcoming. When we were seated, my mom had a walker and the host offered to take her walker up front and said he would get it for us when we were ready to leave. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic! I would recommend this restuarant whole heartedly!!

We recently celebrated 4 birthdays in our family and the youngest of the 4 requested lobster since he had never tried it before! Needless to say, we had a great time! The place is very quiet, pretty calm with pop music in the background. Service is pretty regular as long as you ask for what you need. Dina served us nice drinks and I got to try a blended Bailey’s and Coffee thanks to her. I actually got 2 drinks and liked the berry mango sangria taste better with its refreshing fruity pop, but both were light on alcohol. It’s nice to be able to try that separate from the flight.
