I went to this location during my lunch break to pick up a hot and ready pizza. Every la little Caesar’s I have ever been to has hot and ready pizza as that’s what they are know for. It turns out that during lunch hour this particular location did not have any pizza available to sell. Everything was a 15/20 minute wait. When I asked the lady at the counter why they didn’t have any hot and ready pizza, she looked at me like I was crazy. If anything just order ahead as this place seems poorly run. Also the woman at the counter was externally rude. I told her I was just going to go somewhere else and she made a face and mumbling under her breath: super unprofessional!

Best pizza I’ve had there in a long time-maybe ever!
I asked for easy sauce and easy butter on crazy bread. It was just PERFECT on both. The ham was finely sliced, not huge chunks like elsewhere. Could not be more pleased and satisfied.

Waited 20 minutes for one cheese pizza & side of cheese bread I was told would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I stood inside at the cash register for almost 11 minutes before I even saw anyone and when I finally got my order, my pizza was burned

This is at least the second time there’s been so much sauce on the pizza that when I take a bite all the cheese comes off. It’s a shame because I really like their cheese pizza, but I’m tired of this.

their slogan is “hot and ready” but I ordered a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks, it’s not ready, a lot of people waiting in the lobby and I got to wait now for my order. That’s why I came here – to get it and go and not wait. Plus I stood at the counter for three or four minutes before someone even showed up to take my order. Not impressed with this location. The food better be pretty good…

I absolutely adore Little Caesars Saugus! The staff is always friendly and their pizza is consistently delicious and I’ve never had any issues with quality. What sets this location apart is their dedication to hiring and trusting young people. It’s inspiring to see them provide opportunities for the next generation. Highly recommend this place for a great pizza and supportive atmosphere!
