Went to this Red Lobster on Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation for 5 pm but arrived at 4:30. We knew we were early and were polite about it. The hostess abruptly said, “We don’t have any tables.” That’s okay, we’ll wait. She took our phone number and said she’d contact us in about 20 minutes. We waited just outside the front door. Half an hour later, we went in to see what was up. Everyone who’d walked in since we’d arrived had been seated! The hostess said she “didn’t know” we were outside. Another woman (assistant manager?) said, “It’s one of our busiest days of the year!” And you didn’t know that ahead of time? The hostess seats us, but we’re pretty pissed. Manager comes and offers a complimentary appetizer, which was fine. Dinner was delicious. We had surf and turf. Desserts were amazing! That $3.95 upcharge for a side salad though is ridiculous. I mean, come on. For a bowl of lettuce?? That whole sides with upcharge thing needs serious revamping. Also, our server carried our tray of drinks in front of her, and she had these long pigtails that brushed all over our drinks. Ewww! Something really should be done about that. Didn’t servers used to have to wear their hair tied back?
Anyway, the check comes and we are charged for the free appetizer–twice! It being the busiest day of the year and all, we have to call the server back again, she has to check with the manager, blah, blah, blah. All told, we were there TWO HOURS! And most of it was spent waiting for one thing or another. It was not a leisurely fun dining experience. The manager didn’t even come back to apologize for the mix-up.

Excellent food, service, and drinks. $5.00 dollar margarita for happy hour. Also has daily food special . Love the Gilbert area.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. My mom wanted some cheddar bay biscuits + soup and both came out hot. Delicious. Salad was perfect dressed. As for the service, Daisy did an incredible job. Attentive and super helpful. If you stop by, ask for her. She’ll make your experience amazing.

We booked a table for our anniversary and our reservation was cancelled 5 minutes before we arrived. I called and they sat us.
We both had a lobster duo and both were overcooked. Lobster was extremely rubbery and burnt. My husband ate his as he was starving. I couldn’t eat mine and ate maybe a 1/4 of it as it was horrible.
Server was ok, and said she would talk to a manger.
The meal was $49.99 and he only took 5 dollars off my meal that I couldn’t eat.
We will not be back. Will continue to go to the Mesa location as we have always had great food there.

My daughter and I enjoyed a delightful lunch at Red Lobster, and I have to say, our experience was made truly special thanks to our server, Anthony. He was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our meal. Anthony provided excellent service from start to finish, checking in just enough to make sure we had what we needed without ever being intrusive. He is truly the best server I’ve had in a long time and made our visit memorable. We’ll definitely be returning because of his outstanding service!

The food and service was beyond phenomenal! Our server Glenda was super nice and friendly. It was one of our family members birthday and he got a whole sunday with a happy birthday plate! The food was fabulous and cooked to perfection. Will come again!

Wow, haven’t been to. Red Lobster in years and was reminded why. Diet options for soda are Diet Pepsi and Pepsi Zero…. Basically two of the exact same soda flavors and then their salad dressing options are super limited as well as they got rid of all the basic ones minus ranch plus the side Caesar salad is a “premium” side they charge extra for when there is nothing premium about it, it was a small basic Caesar. Also, we came in before the dinner rush and the service was as slow as when they are super busy and all the food came out like warm. Overall disappointed in almost every aspect of the visit and probably won’t return anytime soon.
