They just started serving lunch and somehow the meat was dry and the bread was stale. Definitely not worth the money. You would think with this being a new McDonald’s the food would be better but it’s not. This is not the first time we have went to this location and the food was terrible. The store manager needs to retrain the people cooking.

The service is great every time — fast, friendly, and efficient, even during busy hours. You can tell the staff cares about doing a good job. This is the newest McDonald’s in the area, and it’s putting the other locations to shame. This place has its act together.
It’s McDonald’s—you know what you’re getting—so the best they can do is get it right and get it fast, and this location does that every time. I’ve ordered via DoorDash, through the app and parked in the numbered spots, walked in and ordered at the kiosk, and used the drive-thru. No matter the method, the experience has been consistently good.
There’s rarely a line, even during high-traffic times, and that’s clearly due to how efficiently they’re run. Orders are accurate, from extra sauces to “leave-it-off” customization on burgers.
This location has genuinely brought me back to McDonald’s as a customer.

I assumed with it being a new store they’d be better that the others. I was dead wrong. Since day 1 they have messed our orders up regularly. Order 2 sandwiches and add cheese 1 will have it and not the other. I have a picky eater child.. tell them no lettuce they put only lettuce and Xtra at that! It will say on the tag agg cheese or no lettuce. No clue how ya mess that 1 up. Today was the last day we go here. We’ve been going to pevely and decided to try it 1 more time since we literally live 2 minutes away and boom order messed up again.

New location so we decided to get a quick snack. We ordered the “CRISPY” CHICKEN TENDERS. Chicken was good but was soggy. Must have been under the light too long!? While we were waiting for our order, two people from the drive through came in with incorrect orders. We could hear the horsing around from where we sat. Wow, McDonald’s. You can do better.

When this place opened they were hands down the best McDonald’s. Food was always good and hot, they’re fast, and everyone was so nice. We probably went there atleast weekly until one day my daughter had a baby ROACH come out of her chicken nugget box whenever we had brought the food home. I had the family 20-40pc meal with fries- left it all in the bag nice and sealed until we got home and then saw that little creep come out of the box. We immediately threw everything away and I haven’t been back since.
It’s a shame. I hope everything is ok there. Couldn’t find a number to contact through the app at the time.

For a brand new place it feels dated as all can be and it is beyond bland. With the kitchen shoved behind a corner and just kiosks to “take your order” there’s no interaction with any employee unless they are putting a order in the “take out slot”. It makes eating inside feel so awkward and all around terrible. If there was a star selection for design and warmth of inside id give it a ZERO star. Who ever gave the okay to build this place has no feel or care about customers and just wants people to go their spend money and leave and if you choose to eat inside dont feel comfortable

I came here 20 minutes before closing for Thanksgiving and the staff was incredibly rude. I placed my order about 5 minutes before I left my house and sat in the drive thru for another 5, so it would’ve been about 30 minutes before closing. The staff didn’t even open the window to tell me they weren’t accepting orders and just kept shoving a sign on the window. I showed them my phone with the mobile order and it took me sitting there for, I’m assuming a manager, to tell me they weren’t supposed to be accepting orders. I would’ve appreciated a friendly response. The attitude was insane and if I were there about 5 minutes before closing, I would be more understanding.

This McDonald’s feels less like a restaurant and more like a fast-food showroom. The kitchen is awkwardly off-center, hidden away like it’s embarrassed, and the whole building feels kind of… naked. There’s one lonely cash register and four glowing self-service kiosks staring at you like robots waiting to take over. Heartbreaking to see what used to be a busy McDonald’s with real people now reduced to a shell of its former self.
The food? Just okay. Fries okay, burgers okay. Nothing great, nothing terrible — just basic McDonald’s on autopilot. The dining room had trash overflowing and the lobby wasn’t exactly clean, which doesn’t help the “new and shiny” vibe they’re trying for.
Bottom line: it’s cheap, fake food at a cheap, fake experience. What did I really expect? Still, it’s sad to see a brand-new McDonald’s already feeling tired.
