BY FAR the best experience I’ve had at any red lobster. Theresa was an absolute delight. She was on top of refills and took amazing care of the whole table. She was very professional and knowledgeable and gave fantastic recommendations. The food was great, but it could have been pretty average, and the experience would still deserve 5 stars Because of how above and beyond Theresa was as a server. Could not say enough good things about her and the experience.

Ordered To Go on the app and because it was Valentines Day the restaurant was extremely busy yet the servers stayed friendly and professional. Food was excellent although starting to get pricy. Overall a good experience.

Today my mom, son and I stopped for a late lunch on our way to Mesa from the Tucson area. We were greeted immediately by a friendly hostess and sat with Melvin. He was hands down the BEST server I think we have ever had ever. I am in the industry and have been for years and was very impressed! My son who is 12 said well isn’t he just awesome, I think he loves his job! The food was delicious and we are so happy we stopped at that location which the power one is way closer to my home. He is an asset to your restaurant and I’m happy we chose to dine there! Thank you thank you again Melvin!

We used to love Red Lobster. This location has great wait staff, but they were out of the two new shrimp. We ordered the coconut shrimp, and they were out of the sauce that goes with it. My wife ordered a sirloin medium, and it came out very well done. While the waiter was excellent, he had too many tables and was dealing with poor management of supply issues. They aren’t stocking enough to actually sell their menu items.

10/10, food, service, atmosphere!Ordered the unlimited shrimp, and they just kept coming, literally and had to call it quits, lol! This was so much fun, trying all the different shrimps and our waiter was super cool and drinks never went empty, speedy service and friendly! We’ll definitely be back to try other foods.

Our dining experience was next level and that was all thanks to Melvin! He was fantastic at always keeping us with our next choice of shrimp and spiced things up a bit with some special flavor shrimp dishes. We have been going to Red lobster regularly for over 15 years and had some great servers, but Melvin has set the bar at an all new high.
