Food is amazing, atmosphere okay, but service partially sucks.
Was here on Friday. When me and my friend entered it was pretty packed and we were seated right at the door. The (presumably) manager was the one seating people. He was often screaming at customers, berating them, and just being super unprofessional showing the perfect opposite of Customer Service. One group that entered even pointed it out to him,, not like he cared anyways. The service to the table was nice and that part of staff was friendly. Food was amazing, crispy fries and juicy burgers. Recommended for food, not necessarily for the management:)

Service and atmosphere ok, but the burger is mediocre, perhaps on the same level as McDonald’s. The pink latte that I had is half empty and not good. Sides are extra, which is ok but not a good deal when elsewhere they are included for the same price.

Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat on our trip to Heidelberg. It wasn’t too busy and the atmosphere & music was amazing. Food looked delicious and they have deals for each day of the week for certain food types – we went on a Monday so it was “any pizza €7.80”
The only let down was the fact there was no vegan pizzas or any kind of substitutes in order for us to take part in the Monday special deals. The waiter did not understand what vegan was despite being told in both English & German that mozzarella is indeed, not vegan.
Overall. 8/10. Would highly recommend for a quick bite to eat or for a night out with friends/family. Just make sure your waiter is aware what is and isn’t vegan!

Food and ambience is awesome; like all of their chains. The service is kind of average i would say. We were here to celebrate my birthday. It was a nice evening with those ambient lights and music. The burgers were juicy and yummy as usual. I did not like my Gin cocktail with basil; because it is supposed to be freshly prepared with smashing and not from the bottled basil drink. All in all it was okay.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant!!! The Vegan options are creative with there being many opportunities to try different things. I ordered the “Zeitgeist” burger which was crispy and full of flavour. The truffle mayo is gorgeous. The fries are skin on fries which always taste amazing and the atmosphere is so cute. I really recommend this place, its brilliant.

We were quickly seated without a reservation outside on a Sunday. The waitresses were nice and pretty fast with everything. We both tried two different lemonades – ginger and mango and mint and blueberry. They were pretty sweet.
I was happy with the number of vegetarian and vegan burgers they had. I had the vegan fried chicken burger and he had the spinach patty. Both were pretty good! Nothing super unique but still a really nice way to enjoy a meal in Heidelberg.

So many delicious vegetarian and vegan options! My favourites being the walnussbratling and the spinat-käse patties. The drinks were delicious and the loaded avocado fries were amazing! Totally recommend for vegetarians and vegans 🙂

The place is located in a beautiful part of the city, inside has its own vibe , outside was great. The food was amazing, we had 2 burger and my friends was completely satisfied with taste, portion size and quality. I myself had a falafel bowl and it was beyond my expectations. It was the star of the table. We had some Home made drinks which I forgot their names but absolutely worth the money. We went there just for simple food and we got surprised by the food and drinks.
Staff was friendly and helpful and English speaking which it was big plus.
