If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant! I usually am extremely understanding as I grew up in a restaurant so it takes a lot for me to even complain. We waited well over an hour with zero food, people who arrived after us got their food and we never got ours. After waiting 45 minutes from when we ordered, we were told they are out of trout, why did it take 45 minutes after ordering for us to be told that information? I usually am not the one to get managers involved, but this time I did and the manager did a horrible job of making us feel like our concerns even mattered to him. We ended up leaving without getting our meals. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

My worst experience ever in a restaurant. We waited well over an hour for our food, we received a raw, completely uncooked cheese burger, a missing meal and a notice that baked potatoes would be another 15 minutes. I could have cooked to order baked potatoes and had them on the plates in the time we waited. how do you serve a raw, not rare, raw hamburger to someone after over an hour wait. the bread, you couldn’t pick it up without it crumpling. Management was non existent, and sure in the hell, was not in the back helping the kitchen staff. It was a nightmare. It was a slow Friday night, and we were an unannounced 8 top. This should have been easy given that it was a slow Friday night. If i were management, I would have at least done my best to take the heat off of the server. Management and Kitchen Staff get an F—–, Server gets an A

Waiting was good. The manager kept going around to different tables making sure the waitstaff was doing there job right. It was kind of awkward. Our waitor was just fine without her micromanagement. Also the manager went to certain tables offering them discounts, but, the manager skipped certain tables, which made me feel I wasn’t a deserving enough to be offered a discount she offered others. My bill was only $120, so maybe I didn’t spend enough, idk. The food was good though. Same old atmosphere which is barely equivalent to golden corral. Come on Red Lobster, you can do better.

Everyone who served us was wonderful! We went for my mom’s birthday dinner and everything was great! Huge portions and the staff was so sweet. When we needed something boom she was right there to help.

Understaffed. Poor quality food. Not worth your time. This location needs a complete management and cook staff overhaul. Prices went thru the roof driver last RL visit in a different location. Expect to wait over an hour for your mains and an hour for drinks and appetizers.

This was the worst experience I have EVER had at any Red Lobster, and I have dined at Red Lobsters from Murfreesboro, Tennessee to Roseville, California. I think Victoria G, our server, forgot about us on multiple occasions. We recieved the wrong sides with our orders and a portion of the main corse was incorrect as well. We asked for biscuits three times before finally getting the manager to get them for us. We waited for so long for requested items that she finally came to the table acting as if she couldn’t believe no one had brought them to us yet. She did not pre bus our table or fill our drinks even once. We were left waiting for our ticket for so long we both decided to stand by the table in hopes of being noticed. When all was said and done, and she was cashing us out..time for us to determine her tip.. she apologized for having left us waiting so much and gave an excuse that she was the only server on the floor, as if we had not been there for over TWO hours watching other servers.. including the one serving the table behind us the whole time. There were three still delivering to other tables AS SHE SPOKE THOSE WORDS. Worst experience EVER.
