I am seafood lover and coming from coast my expectation runs a bit high.
ordered pretty much everything on the menu and something to consider while ordering is below..
1. ultimate endless shrimp – ultimate value for money and no compromise in quality, really good and a good variety. Only available on weekend. good option to consider when ordering multiple items. covers pretty much all the flavors of shrimp
2. Ordered “Create your own ultimate feast” and selected 2 Atlantic salmon as premium choices and two shrimp options in both the orders. again both selections are the best value for money. You can choose different or same premium items for both selections.
3. Ordered New! Mariner’s Seafood Boil in roasted garlic and though it wasnt bad but it wasnt great as well. I would prefer Juicy seafood for this over red lobster. This is something new that they have started and i didnt get the punch of roasted garlic which I get in Juicy seafood was a bit oily i would say.
overall food has been great and service is spectacular. I have been to this place many times but only got time now to write a review. Go on weekdays to save time 😉

We had such a wonderful New Year’s Day dinner at Red Lobster. The biscuits were even better than I remembered—warm, fluffy, and absolutely addictive. We ordered the seafood boil with the signature spicy sauce, and it was so good. Perfect heat, great flavor, and everything cooked beautifully.
The drinks were great, and the service was truly on point. Our waitress was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special. We also tried the calamari, which was delicious and perfectly cooked.
Thank you, Red Lobster, for the perfect start to the new year. We’ll definitely be back.

My family & I went to the Southlands location for dinner tonight! And I told my husband while we were eating , that the customer service here was REALLY GOOD! You just don’t get that anymore I feel. The hostess was so smiley & friendly. Shawn the waiter was very friendly and chatted with us. All the staff was smiling and attentive. Angela the manager, seems very on top of her staff and to the customers, getting them seated , asking “if they’re celebrating anything tonite?”
Angela even gave my kids a lobster educational, and demonstration. They got to pet and learn about the lobsters in the tank! The loooooovvved that! We’ll be back very soon!

Also, this location actually answers the phone. I had called to double check hours today and they were wonderful on the phone. The management and bar staff have been spectacular!

Me and my mother went for a spontaneous dinner to Red lobster, and not only Was the food amazing but we also had great customer service by a wonderful server named Jose, I also had the great honor of meeting the wonderful lobster care taker Angela, who not only introduced me to one of the many of lobsters in the tank but also gave me a quick little lesson on the anatomy of lobsters And then the most surprising thing happened. I got to pet lobster it was the most surreal experience and something that I would never forget. I even got a certificate of awesomeness for being an outstanding lobster handled Lol this made our mother daughter dinner, one that we will never forget, and I will surely be coming back here again meeting these people meeting lobsters and having a great time!
