The few times that I’ve eaten at Perkins in Spearfish I have been waited on by the same girl…professional, on point service, polite disposition, slim build, dirty blond hair, beautiful eyes, very attractive. I have yet to get her name, but after having breakfast there this morning and being waited upon by her once again, i have to say..she is a damn fine waitress, and sexy as hell, and I am absolutely smitten. Get this gorgeous woman a raise, Perkins, at the very least. She deserves it. And also, I want her name and number. What an absolute rockstar!!
The service, and food, was wonderful as well. But man oh mannn, that sexy server has got me feelin some type of way… Fantastic! Stay beautiful, Babygurl!

When we go in it isn’t bad at all, we usually enjoy it. However, your Doordash service need to be fixed and fast. Our orders have been messed up 3 times now. I called the lady and told her I wanted 5 extra ranch, she only gave me two and they left out am entire salad. When we tried to order the salad again, you shut off your entire online ordering service. Do you do that poorly? Plus we can’t find items in your menu that we order in the restaurant. It’s disappointing. Oh and you can’t customize or ask for extra things ordering online or through Doordash, that’s why I have to call in and ask after I’ve ordered, and rarely do they put them in them in the bag. Such as with the ranch. You have a lot to fix.

Food was very good, kinda salty but overall good. Friendly staff and fast service. Wheelchair accessible bathroom and doors. Good for family’s or just yourself. They serve breakfast all day. Plenty of parking spaces, and large array of seating. Have a good day y’all 🙂

Whomever the older female manager is shouldn’t have a job. Talk about terrible customer service. We ordered on the PERKINS website to have our items delivered. 2 bowls of soup, a sandwich and a skillet. Food is delivered, missing a soup. I call, they tell me to drive up there to get it, that’s my only choice. I send someone up to get it and the older manager proceeds to gaslit them and tell them we only ordered one soup, no one told us to come get the other and to contact DoorDash. Regardless of me telling her I did not order via DoorDash and the email specifically states to contact Perkins directly for issues. He leaves without the soup, I call up and request to talk to the manager who again was incredibly rude. Her solution is for me to waste more of my time to come up there to get a $10 off coupon. So I’ve spent an additional $20 on delivery the first time, wasted the time and fuel to drive up there to get turned around to then be told to waste my time to come back up there? I also had to then spend additional money to purchase soup elsewhere because they finally admitted they ran out of soup and didn’t want to make more. I’ll definitely be addressing this with the GM.

This is second time dining here. One of the best Perkins we have been too The food is great, service fast and friendly. We were staying at the travel lodge where they give you a discount coupon with your stay. We all enjoyed the meals we ordered.
