Have always had good food and service. Especially love their salmon topped with shrimp, butter and pico, it is so delicious. They also have a great Caesar salad. I wish they had not taken the trout off the menu, it was also very delicous.

My family came to Red Lobster to celebrate my father’s 84th Birthday, The service was excellent, the food was excellent. Our servers were Jessica & Dee. They both were very attentive, take care of everyone’s needs. Our experience was wonderful. The manager Ashlie was helping the servers as well. She was very pleasant and attentive to our large group. The atmosphere pleasant.

My problem is that when you order something and it says with a side, I don’t expect to be charged for that one side!! It’s very misleading, I asked my husband to take me there, now I certainly wish I hadn’t! I’ve never, ever ordered anything not even from a Steakhouse where the sides weren’t included. I got the Broiled garlic butter shrimp and it says on the menu one side! My husband ordered something else and it said one side!! I got a teeny-tiny corn cob, he got Mac and cheese!! To say we were shocked when the bill came and we were charged for the sides! Our waiter was great, we had great service, but not advising us that we would be charged for what was indicated was a one side per dinner is unexceptionable!! Red Lobster needs to do better, we left Hook and Reel because of the misleading menu right before going to Red Lobster!! I feel we were deceived by Red Lobster so we not be returning anytime soon. We will go to Outback Steakhouse or Texas Roadhouse where the charges aren’t misleading!! There you get what you order and don’t get surprised when you get the bill telling you that the side is extra when that clearly is not what’s indicated on the menu…

We much enjoyed our dinner this evening. The food was cooked well and our server Annette was attentive to my food allergy and special requests, she was all smiles and very polite. The atmosphere was low key and pleasant. We always enjoy when we get the chance to come here to eat.

Very friendly and welcoming! Sandy was my waitress and was EXCELLENT! She was very friendly. I was able to observe her working with families with small children and older couples out on special dates. It didn’t matter what age group of the life cycle, she related so well with them. I also saw the attention she gave her stations and tables. Great detail to clearing and cleaning for the next customer or guest. Looking forward to returning !
