This is by far my favorite Imo’s branch. The pizza is cooked perfectly and crispy every time. I just wish they had a beer tap, but most Imo’s have done away with beer these days anyway.

They are always screwing up our orders here at work but last night was just too much I will no longer be ordering from them I paid $14 for 8 toasted ravioli’s and a cheesecake I even tipped the driver $3 and this is what my cheesecake looked like….. so disappointed

Clean friendly atmosphere! There was a mix up with my order but at no fault of theirs. They helped me and we straightened it out! My pizza was cooked to perfection! I just moved to Cahokia and out of all the fast food on the strip, this is top notch!

Imos pizza! One word, AMAZING! The pizza is always amazing and the service is Top Notch! Caden, waited on us and he was a WHOLE Gem! He was super helpful and went beyond the call of service to ensure our Satisfaction! We aren’t local to the area, we are visiting for a week but had Imos Pizza at a different location and were hip to the St. Louis Style pizza! But ultimately, Exceptional Service! Please keep up the Good work!

Our delivery order is nearly 30 minutes late. We will have to take it back home and warm it up. It would have been faster to walk down the street to another restaurant and back. At least we would have had lunch. Never again. Terrible service.
Update: over 40 min late. Pizza is ice cold. Salads are hot. Drinks have no ice and spilled over everything. Not even a single napkin in the bag. I guarantee if i ask for my money back they will tell me they are too understaffed to do it. Horrible management. There is no other imos this terrible.

The pizza was delivered cold and it taste old. I called to speak with the manager and she had a nasty attitude talking about there is nothing she can do but send out another pizza. I told her no thanks because they didn’t get it right the first time and I will never order from there again. When you live in a mostly black environment, restaurants think you have to settle. Not me, I will drive miles away before I order anything from this place!

If this is the only pizza you ever had, then you never had pizza. The pie was the worst pie I ever had. Not sure if IMO’S main office knows what your call pizza but I don t believe they would be happy. If they are happy then I don t think they ever had real pizza either. Maybe I’m spoiled since I m from the east coast. Your pie makes Pizza Hut & Dominos pie taste like a premium pie and while they aren t the best, they aren t that bad. Sorry but I see it for what it is & don t know how you stay in business.
