My husband and I had a gift card for Red Lobster and wanted to finally use it since I was craving crab (I’m 32 weeks pregnant). Our salads were good and the biscuits were as well. My lemonade wasn’t sweet and tasted like lemon water. I asked for a Dr Pepper instead and that was good. The crispy were good. But, the star of the show was not good at all. I got the Tuesday night special, the snow crab. It was dirty on the outside and smelled old. It was also GREEN. Which worried me since I am pregnant. I do not want food poisoning. The meat was very hard to extract because either the shells were bendy or so hard to crack my husband had to strong arm one open. The butter as well tasted very old. It was so bad and we will not be back.

Ordered the crab carbonara pasta, received it with approximately 1/2 cup of oil at the bottom of the bowl. Do not recommend. The food also took 2 hours to get to the table when it was not very busy at all.

I had the sever Blake and he was fantastic! He was very kind and welcoming. If you ever attend the restaurant I would definitely ask for Blake! Awesome service. amazing food. personally don’t like how dark it is in here but other than that would definitely recommend coming back, also, if i haven’t mentioned, ask for Blake!

My girlfriend took me as I’ve always wanted to try this restaurant since I was a kid. She tried to get a reservation which she was abruptly told they were booked out for the night in a rude manner. We checked the website and there were plenty of online reservations available. We showed up to a nearly empty restaurant. They lied about how busy they were and after being seated it took 10 minutes just to get water in an empty restaurant. When the food came out it was disappointing I got the fish and chips (sub fries for broccoli because I was told it was delicious). The cod tasted wet and salty. The broccoli just tasted like under seasoned lukewarm steamed broccoli. I left eating nothing but my broccoli and half a piece of my cod. They also said the coleslaw absolutely can’t be subbed out. The waiter came back to the table once in 30 minutes just to give us our check then it took another 15 just to get a box. I was very disappointed with my experience and don’t see myself returning. We spent our entire date budget for food to not be eaten and mediocre service.

I had a fantastic experience at Red Lobster! Our server, Rob, was absolutely amazing — incredibly attentive, friendly, and on top of everything the entire time. He made the meal feel effortless and enjoyable.

The food itself was delicious and so satisfying. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. Between the great service and great food, it was an all‑around wonderful visit.

Highly recommend, and huge shoutout to Rob for making the experience exceptional!

Sat with my glass empty for a while. Addy was our server. Came in around 9. Nobody was there except us. Addy started vacuuming right next to us. I’ve never not been asked by the servers if it’s ok to vacuum next to me. Thought that was pretty rude. My wife tried to get her attention a couple times as she was passing by but I guess the music in her earbuds was more important than taking care of customers needs. Just seemed like she was more worried about everything else but us. We were the ONLY customers there! It was a very unwelcoming experience. My wife ordered the admirals feast and it sucked to say the least. The drawn butter wasn’t warm, the garlic shrimp scampi wasn’t garlic or scampi just some shrimp thrown on the slide. The lobster tail was rubbery. The crab meat looked and tasted horrible. The French fries were stale. The only good part of the meal was the biscuits. For a 98 dollar meal it was definitely not worth it at all.

I came here with my family on a weekend and the wait staff was able to get us seated very quickly. I was very impressed with our waitress the whole night- she was on top of drinks and our orders and was very friendly. The food was pretty good, but they were out of a few different menu options. Midwest seafood is not the same as seafood out on the coast, but still good quality. Overall a good experience and I would return.

Went for dinner on a Wednesday, early in the evening. It was fairly quiet so it was a relaxing environment. Blake was our server, he did a fantastic job start to finish. He was attentive and made sure we did not go without anything.
Next time we are back we will be asking to be sat in his section.

Food was delicious. Ordered the pick 4 with shrimp linguine & 3 picks of shrimp scampi included one side, I ordered baked potato with butter & sour cream. Watermelon lemonade beverage was refreshing. Child ordered popcorn shrimp with fries. The fries are a Chesapeake seasoned fry now and he didn’t like the taste of the fries. I tried one and agreed. Overall service was good. We went on a Monday recently in early February in middle of the afternoon. One other table seated in booth near us. We enjoyed the peaceful low key atmosphere.
