Our waiter Jordan was absolutely wonderful!! He was very polite and attentive to not only our table but the other tables he was waiting on. It took a little bit longer for us to receive our food and he kept us updated throughout the whole 30 minutes that it took for us to receive our food.
I only hope this company realizes the valuable employee that you have. If you want great customer service make sure you sit in Jordan‘s area because he goes absolutely above and beyond.

Tierra and Jordan were amazing at the Independence Location. Jordan was very sweet to my baby. Tierra was the best waitress we have ever had. Very helpful and attentive. Give her all the raises! The manager let the kids touch the lobsters. Great experience.

We (my wife, and grandkids , and I) were out of town for a family gathering in KC, Missouri and the day we were leaving, which happened to be my Birthday, we had lunch with my wife’s mom here. The service was great and the restaurant has a very good atmosphere. Our host was very courteous and prompt in bring our drinks and food. Everything was hot and delicious. They serve a generous amount of food also which was great since we were getting ready to get on the road back home

Normally, I do not feel the need to make reviews of restaurants, but tonight the wife and I went out to eat at the red lobster. Sometimes are server can be iffy each time we go, maybe slow on taking our orders or giving us 1 refill for a 2 hour time frame. Tonight, we had a young man named Jordan, and he was the best server i’ve had at any restaurant. He always made sure we were content and happy. He never stopped refilling our drinks, he didn’t even need to ask us if we needed them. He was very helpful with answering our questions about the new items on the menu, and when he stated it was his 2nd day there, I was astonished. This young man seemed he had worked there for 20 years!!! I am very impressed of his work and kindness, and I wish red lobster had more servers like him, as I would eat there 7 days a week. The food was great and exactly what I asked for, well seasoned and well presented. My overall experience tonight was a 11/10. Thanks again, Jordan!!

Tonight my wife and I went to Red Lobster for my birthday dinner. When we first went into the restaurant that took us a little bit of time to get seated, I had mentioned to my wife that maybe we should go somewhere else. She said no maybe they’re just short staffed. We’ll wait for a little bit. so we did and we were seated at our table. Our waiter Jordan completely turn the evening around as soon as we were seated. This young man was very attentive and professional. Thank you Jordan for being the best waiter I have ever had and thank you for such a wonderful experience!!

JC was an amazing waitress at Red Lobster! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out perfect, and she had such a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. JC truly made our dining experience great, and we’ll definitely ask for her again!

Last night( Valentine’s Day) my family(party of 10) had a reservation for 5:15pm. We were there on time, in fact a few minutes before. We were not seated until 5:55pm. We were placed in a back room that was cold and uncomfortable. We mentioned it was cold and they explained the heating system and stating it wasn’t much they could do about it.
We were able to place our drink orders which took about 15 minutes to receive. Then the servers took a while to come back to take our food order. I believe it was 6:30/6:45pm when we were able to place the food order. I went to speak with the manager (Stephanie) she lacked empathy, compassion and accountability. She lied and said my SIL requested that back room which in fact SHE suggested it to my SIL stating it will feel less cramped for our party instead of being in the main dining hall. Her excuse for the poor service was “it’s Valentines Day”. When we were seated the dining hall was NOT full. Guest were seated after us and served. By 7:15pm we had still not received our food. We decided not to eat and stated we would just pay for our drinks. When she finally came to our section her attitude was unkind and unapologetic. She never apologized for the poor service.
We were really looking forward to enjoying the food and having a great time. I mentioned to her I am also in the service/hospitality industry and I know how things operate and the way she mishandled us last was unnecessary and unacceptable.

Jordan was a great server. Checked on us multiple times thru out the night. The food took forever to get out to our group but Jordan did an amazing jobs making sure we was set and had everything we needed. 10/10 for the service!!!

It had been years since I have been to Red Lobster but decided to go there tonight for dinner. Jacob was our server and helped make recommendations of things to try on the menu since it had been awhile since we’ve been here. The restaurant was busy but Jacob still took time to be attentive to our table. We’ll be back.

Have ALWAYS had excellent service; every wait staff has been GREAT. ALSO, value is good. Today, value is exceptional-weekday shrimp trio was the special. The servings were GENEROUS, to say the least!!! Highly recommend!! (I eat here often and am always impressed with the wait staff!!!! Never had one that wasn’t excellent!!!!)
