Service was very good she was very friendly and checked in on us often.. It was a fairly busy Friday night but nothing crazy Good atmosphere. The food overall was pretty good the biscuits they give you to start out were great especially when they are warm. I had Walt’s famous fried shrimp and they are always good.

Our waitress Jolee S was wonderful!!! We had a party over 10 and she took care of us all without a flaw and very smoothly flow. Our only issue was how COLD it was for us all. By the time we got done eating it was somewhat warmer. So they did raise the temp on air conditioner. Food was absolutely delicious. Only complaint from all the different foods placed in front of us was the steamed broccoli. Over cooked a bit and slightly yellow. Can’t wait to go back.

This restaurant has never really recovered since Covid-19. Used to be decent but service and food quality has diminished significantly. Had to wait for service even though there were hardly anyone inside restaurant. Then waitress took her time to ask us for drinks or food order. Had to be without drinks and then had to ask her for refills rather than her being proactive. Refills of food took an absurd amount of time and after a while just had to leave rather than eat what I’d come there for. Very disappointing. Used to enjoy eating here but definitely not worth it anymore!!!

Walked in, no hostess. Walked all the way to the back of the restaurant looking for someone who worked there. This was at 4pm. Finally found someone who seated us. Then our very nice waiter informed us they didn’t have 2 of the endless shrimp varieties we wanted. Not good first impressions

We don’t eat often. Love Red Lobster. We had been there many years ago with my mother in law who loved the place. Today we went in to use s gift certificate I bought my husband for Father’s Day. The place was empty. Went in at 4:15pm left at 4:37 pm

We hadn’t been there in a while. Food is usually good, and nothing to really complain about, but not spectacular. We really enjoyed this visit. My husband and I kept commenting how delicious the food was. Sometimes seafood can be over or undercooked, but everything was great. I’m a huge baked potato lover, and this was the best one I’ve had in a while. It was fluffy and hot. We were mostly impressed with the staff, though. They were so friendly, and we were pretty sure they were understaffed like a lot of places are today, because we saw some of them doing double duties. For instance, we saw the young lady at the front who greeted us also bussed some tables later. And she looked like she had no problem doing it. It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience!

This was so good all shrimp for $20.00, I had the Coconut Jumbo Shrimp & Walt’s Fried Shrimp, wished I would have reorderd Coconut Shrimp lot better. Walt’s Fried was too much salt. I am on a low salt diet everything else. Coleslaw, Cheese Biscuits & Loaded Baked Potato were the bomb and our waitress worked her tail off. Went on 40 HWY in Independence. Everything was excellent. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I went to the one on Noland road. The server great and the food was hot and tasty. Just had to wait to be seated. Not that they were busy, no one was there to seat us for while. Then they were out of some of the sides we wanted and they are now charging extra for a side salad. Salads used to be included as an option in the regular side dishes but now are $2:49 extra.

Unknowingly…my order was just made to perfection .. I loved it .. I wouldn’t pay the extra five bucks for the lobster mashed potatoes…it’s like lobster gravy, but I did . It was wonderful ..just not enough meat in the gravy. It is Wednesday and this location has steak and lobster daily specials for Wednesday at $24.99. worth every penny…. I haven’t been in a super long time but I will be back …thank you so much for the great food and service.
