Once again (because this continues to happen every single time I order food here. This morning was the final time. No more visits from me. A good majority of your cashiers need to be retrained. The biggest problem is that when a cashier takes my order they do not LISTEN. The second problem is that the order is not checked before I leave with my food (sometimes drive through and sometimes like today when I come inside). This morning, I came in and ordered an “egg white grill” and NO SAUCE. I got an egg white grill on a biscuit (the cashier doesn’t even know what the item is on your actual menu). Never asked for a biscuit upon special accommodation. Once I leave the restaurant, I’m not driving back to fight traffic getting back in there to call them out for screwing up my order. Your cashier completely created her own egg white grill and then charged me for it. I was very pissed off when I opened up my sandwhich wrapper to see a biscuit. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Very bad rap, I had a chicken wrap,; it didn’t even have in it the ingredients that they said was on the bulletin board and before I ordered it, I asked them if they could make it and I wanted to have extra cabbage and add some onion., but guess what? , they don’t offer extra with the ordering of the WRAP.-and
then when I received my food and I looked into it to see if it at least had what it said on the bulletin board, which is why I ordered it in the first place it didn’t even contain all the ingredients/especially the cabbage that was promised not white, not green and not red cabbage none at all. If I could give no stars for a review, that’s what I would say so I wanted to let you know, S. Kathy Truett. If it hadn’t been for the other member of my party who was paying for my bill I would let you know that I don’t choose to ever come back regardless of the other stuff you’re offering unless I’m desperate and I’m needing to get some fast food on a trip and get going and do I care about the money? Yes, that one meal of it cost more than what it takes to have a nice lunch at a good Chinese teriyaki place in my area.; sincerely, yours truly …

The food is going downhill very quickly at Chick-fil-A. When they started using Tyson meat boy did it really go south? There are a lot of good varieties and other options. Do fried Chicken very well. I would highly suggest going to electric slider. They are fantastic chicken sandwiches

While taking a bite of my sandwich, got a glob of something that didn’t seem to belong in the sandwich. Pulled it out. Not sure what it was, or if it was a part of some chicken, but definitely didn’t seem like it should be there. I called the customer assistance and asked to submit a complaint (along with photo). He said he would send me a link to do so. I have not received it, so I’m posting this on Google.

Pretty cool place, laid back but busy! I got the grilled club and the classic. Both were recommended by 2 employees! And both were staff seems friendly and while eating were attentive and cleaning! Place appears to have a Play place too for the lil ones. I’m team no kids so I didn’t look at it! The waffle fries were crispy on the outside but melt in your mouth! I also got the seasonal beverage, frosted pineapple dragon fruit lemonade! Was a lil sweet for me but still delicious!

Three times now, my friend has picked breakfast food up for us on their way to my house and each time, they’ve charged us for the fruit cup we’ve ordered but it never ends up in the bag. The third time it occurred I tried calling them to let them know. As a single mom to a toddler, I have no time to drive back there, sit in a mile long line to tell them they forgot a fruit cup, so calling seems the most logical. Also, it’s impossible. This place’s phone lines are barricaded as if it’s a secret govt agency. You cannot get through to the actual store. No matter what number you push..you end up calling corporate. It’s wild. When we went through the drive-through this morning, we explained about the occurrences, and the person working was clearly not listening to us based on her responses to us. Additionally, she told us that we had to come back the same day of the purchase in order to get any form of credit or reimbursement. I explained to her again situation and she really didn’t care. It was pretty shitty customer service to be honest. In my opinion, the people who work there are just minions with zero training on how to provide actual customer service. Check your bag every time…consider yourself warned.

Super busy at lunch time! Too small of a parking lot for how busy this location gets! The drive thru line goes all the way on the road and then some! Inside was okay, but definitely felt a little cramped seating-wise. Food was okay, but the fries didn’t seem to have much flavor whereas the chicken was packed with flavor

Our spicy chicken sandwich & fries with peppermint milk shake was incredible. Customer service was also top notch. This place was super duper busy. The double car drive-thru was packed all the way to the street.
