Something has definitely changed! It’s been years since we’ve been to RedLobster, and we were pleasantly surprised!! We were able to make a reservation which was super helpful for a birthday celebration, the atmosphere felt clean pleasant and inviting. Perfect balance of family friendly and decadent. Our server, Belle, was extraordinary, quick consistent and jovial! The food was INCREDIBLE! Flavorful, perfect portions, and hot on arrival! We walked away extremely satisfied with definite intention on returning!

We came to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday and had an amazing experience. Taylor was our server and her service was truly 20/10. She was incredibly kind from the moment we walked in and gave us great recommendations since it was our first time here. Our food came out quickly, and she was attentive the entire time. She made our celebration even more special. Excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

I generally like Red Lobster, but this location needs help. The physical space is good, with nice theming and a spacious seating area. Unfortunately, this location seems understaffed, to the point of it being detrimental to the experience. Customers wait for long times at the entry while there are many empty tables in the seating area. We had a 5 pm reservation, for which we were seated at 5:25 pm, and our food arrived at 6:15 pm. The food was not prepared especially well. It wasn’t bad, just mid. To my embarrassment, rather than sample the seafood on offer, my uncultured children ordered mac & cheese off the kids’ menu. The dish was dry, and the kids complained that it was “all mac and no cheese”. The lobster and linguine had two orders of magnitude more linguine than lobster. The shrimp dish I had was ok. Although the staff had a lot to do, they were quite friendly. I’m looking forward to giving Red Lobster another shot in two or three years.

Fed 35 people. Atmosphere was excellent (not too loud), service was of a timely manner ( they went out of their way to make sure everyone was satisfied with their service) and the food was very very good. I am very pleased and I had great fun with my friends and family.

Service was not the best. Took about 15 minutes for our server to come and greet us to get our drink order when they were not busy. Where we were seated was very cold as their exterior walls do not have a ton of insulation. The rolls were nice and warm. Took about 50 minutes for us to get our food. I did notice a slash in the snow crab legs price which was a nice surprise but there was not a lot of crab meat inside. Unfortunately, the shrimp was very disappointing as there was only 7 in each order which cost $20. The only decent part was the ultimate feast but even then it was very mid. All of this cost us $124 for 2 adults. I do not think I will be returning as the quality of the food has gone down tremendously yet the prices are still pretty high. I’ve attached photos of the menu so you can see prices and what they have to offer. I think I’ll stick to a small local sea food restaurant next time.

So I haven’t been here in probably over a year after a terrible experience with a manager that I did not see there tonight. But tonight was absolutely fantastic. The food tastes fresher. The service was great. Cheyenne S. was our server. She anticipated needs before needing to ask and was very professional. It felt like when I started going there years ago again. Like it was worth spending more. I’m so happy there seems to be a turn around with the food quality. I missed this place. Going to put it back into our regular rotation after tonight.

Had such a great meal. We feel like this location has very good waiters and waitresses, but I would have to say that Taylor is one of the best waitresses we have ever had. My mom is 86 and we have lots of different things that we ask for And things we want left off and things on the side, etc., and she goes above and beyond.

This was one of my best experiences yet,y food was absolutely delicious, the crab was not over cooked, and everything was just right. Melissa was an amazing waitress, she constantly checked in on us but not to the point it was interfering with the meal and conversations we were having.She attended to needs without any prompting, had a pleasant demeanor and made us really enjoy the experience.I hope when I return she is available.
