Okay I can’t GUSH enough about this experience! I loved Red Lobster as a kid and wanted to take my kids there. I have 4 littles 9,7,4, and 2. This place was quiet, very clean, and the atmosphere was nostalgic. Our server Kyli was such a sweetheart. She was attentive without smothering. Kids LOVED the pasta and looking at the lobsters in the tank. The food was delicious, large portions that were definitely worth the money we paid. We are DEFINITELY going back when we go through Springfield again.

The fact we have been here for an hour and a half waiting for food when it’s not busy is insane! Waited 30 mins to get our drinks 50 mins for our food which came out wrong and cold now waiting another 45 mins for the remake. The table across from us waited 45 mins for their bill. Kelcie is a wonderful server. Always friendly and gets your order correct. She shows her abilities professionally. The food was served in a timely manner and was cooked well even during the lunch rush. Great service from the time I walked into the door until the time I walked out. Abra and Kelcie made sure to take such great care of me after a bad experience. I couldn’t be any more greatful. They made sure to correct my order, they were so polite and made sure I was taken care of to the extent I want to come back. I work in service and I appreciate that beyond belief. Great customer service from those to together. Keep it up, I’ll be back.

Kelcie was a great server. She truly deserves the opportunity to be running this place — she’s fantastic at what she does.

First time here for lunch. Our waitress Mercedes L was great. She explained to us that certain items we wanted were out of stock but accommodated my table appropriately.
Some people ordered cocktails which all were good. The soup, salad, and biscuits were great. I also tried the new shrimp which were good. No issues.
Will recommend and return if in town.

My meal was scrumptious! The cheddar bay biscuits were fresh and warm. The clam chowder was thick and full of clams. My shrimp linguine Alfredo was delicious! The sweet tea was also delicious.
Kelcie was an excellent server. She refilled my sweet tea and brought us 2 baskets of cheddar bay biscuits for our group of 7.

Kelcie was awesome. She gave excellent recommendations. The fact that she brought my food exactly as I ordered meant everything to me!!!!. Kelcie’s serving game is on point, from refills to check in’s. I want her as a server anytime I return. Oh yeah, I will be returning with the family!
