So, I left a contact request via company’s local site on 2/14/2026 regarding a visit on 2/13/2026; not response at all.

We dined at the Forsyth location last night, and I want to begin by saying the service was superb. Our server was attentive, kind, and professional throughout the entire visit. From a hospitality standpoint, the experience was very good.

Unfortunately, the food quality did not meet expectations.

After dinner, we had quite a bit of food left over — more than half of each entrée. In my case, my meal was actually packaged to go immediately after it was cooked because it took me a while to place my order. We fully expected to enjoy the leftovers later.

However, once everyone returned home for the evening, each person in the household began experiencing stomach issues. Red Lobster was the only common meal we had eaten that day. Because of how everyone was feeling, we chose not to eat the leftovers and ultimately threw away more than half of the food. We simply did not feel comfortable taking the risk of eating it again.

In addition, there were noticeable quality concerns during the meal itself. The linguine noodles were overcooked and very soft. Without the extra Alfredo sauce my fiancé requested, his dish would have been extremely dry. The kids’ portions were also quite dry, though they didn’t complain at the time.

I haven’t been to Red Lobster in several years, but it was one of my favorites growing up. I was genuinely excited to try the updated menu and experience the changes. Unfortunately, this visit left us disappointed.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously. The service team did their job well, but the food quality and overall outcome of the evening were not what we expected. I would appreciate follow-up regarding this experience.

It’s my first time at Red Lobster, and it was awesome! We had Haylee, the best server ever! When you come here, look for her. She’ll get you right. Steak was fire too.

Came in and had a great meal and cocktails (the new sugar cookie, which Nicole made perfectly!) it was all wonderful. Nicole gives such great service. We do wish we could do in store surveys as this process is hard for us older people to get to work!

Annmarie was a kind and very nice waitress. She was also very funny. The food was amazing some of the best food I’ve ever had. The place was also very clean. Annmarie also made us feel very welcomed and took very good care of us. When I come back I will 100% ask for her again

I had Aida as my server and she was amazing! She gave excellent customer service — super funny, patient, and attentive the entire time. The food was on point and came out just right. Aida really made the experience enjoyable. Definitely a 5-star visit!

Great experience overall, the food was fresh, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything came out quickly. The chefs clearly put care into the meal; everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. What really made the visit stand out, though, was our server, Aida. She was genuine, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of. Her kindness and that of the wait staff elevated the whole meal.

I love Red Lobster. As a company, they seem to have a knack for hiring and/or training quality staff and also do a great job of periodically adding delicious new items to the menu. This restaurant is no different in those regards. There is, however, something that made this establishment stand apart from most of the Red Lobster’s that I’ve visited recently… I really enjoyed the decor in this restaurant. That’s not to criticize the decor in the others, and may be that I just liked the fact that it was something different from what I was expecting. (I also appreciated the occasional Holiday decor!)

It was a quiet and lovely Thursday afternoon meal. The atmosphere was upbeat and fresh. Amy was super friendly and amazing with our service. I had the coconut shrimp with lobster bisque and mashed potatoes as apart of the lunch choose 2 special. All the food was good and the shrimp had a nice crunch with it. The sauce that comes with the shrimp is very sweet, but I like that so it was delicious in my opinion.
