Jerry’s restaurants were originally founded by the Goucher family in 1964. The chain grew to over 50 locations throughout the western states. The concept, named after Grandma Goucher’s son, Jerry, was based on the many popular coffeeshop style restaurants of the time. Simple, classic, American food served in a friendly, always open, environment was a winner then, and to this day, proves to be something that continues to resonate with both young and old alike.

The 50s atmosphere of 50’s diner was fun and the images on the wall gave the small town feel. The food was good and portions, especially the pancakes , were generous. The server was knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend!

We stopped in just as lunch rush ended on a Sunday. Not alot open but this place was great. Food was hot, service great. I pass through yearly and finally experienced Jerry’s.

They asked me to leave and called the police on me for not giving the receipt for my coffee to the waitress after she left it at my table for me.. I drew a picture on it and wanted to keep it. Didn’t get to finish my coffee or orange juice. I left a $10 roll of quarters. Tried shaking the managers hand as they kicked me out and he refused.. attached the picture.. good food though.

We had breakfast on a Sunday afternoon. I had the corn beef hash with eggs, which was really good. It came with a side of hashbrowns, which are a little too toasty and greasy for me. My wife had eggs Benedict, which was also very good. We shared an order of pancakes, which were very good. it was nice to see all the servers calling various customers by name. It’s clearly a restaurant that’s part of the community.

We ordered breakfast and lunch and both were really good! Eggs and bacon were PERFECT! Fresh, soft biscuits and gravy.
The French Dip was on good bread and good tasting meat and au jus.
The servers were friendly amd all helped each other. All kind and friendly.

There were no customers in the restaurant so I would have expected a more attentive staff to my table. The food was good but I noticed a distant table had dirty plates that were not cleared the entire time I ate at the restaurant. I would have liked a better ambiance

Normally I enjoy Jerry’s. But this last time my friend paid for her lunch and it seems the waitress had a hard time reading what the tip was. Instead of looking at the total she just put $11 tip! On a $17 dollar bill!! We live out of town so once it was realized what happened my friend called and was told she will only get a refund if she showed proof that $11 tip was taken out of her account and had to come in person! We live 70+miles away. You would think a place would take in consideration that the customer is not from the area so it would use other methods. Nope. What ever you do always get a final receipt….especially if you live outside of town. Disappointed
