We arrive to Red Lobster at 11:47 AM yesterday March 8th. We were not positive if we were going to have 6 or 8 in our party. We were told that we could not be seated until our party arrived. We sat in an almost empty waiting room for nearly 30 minutes and were not seated until 12:15 pm. During this time I sent a text to a party member to see if we would have 6 or 8 in our party since they were checking with another couple. After assuring the host we would have 8 in our party, I informed the host. Still sat waiting. Really? I’ve never been anywhere where we have been treated like this. Nearly 30 minutes in an almost empty waiting room? No time for appetizers and so frustrated I doubt my wife and I will be back. We only stayed yesterday because we were asked to reserve a table for our party. We enjoyed the food and our waiter was actually very good. To bad you gave a policy like this. Terrible. Still had table open around us by the time we left.

The seafood boil bags aren’t worth the price I literally had a small amount compared to other seafood places the pic shows what was in the boil bag that’s literally it usually a seafood bag takes me 2 days to eat the sauce was salty too the waiter was GREAT!!!!!

Got my steamed crab on tonight at the GOAT of seafood restaurants, Red Lobster. The Bloomington location is always a positive experience: from food to service, we’ve never had a bad meal here. Tonight was especially good because it was my birthday and because we had Brittany as our server. She was attentive and friendly. Even though we overstayed their 9pm close without realizing it, she never made us feel rushed or forgotten, and even brought me a caramel sundae when she heard it was my birthday. We will continue being patrons of this beloved seafood place, nothing but LOVE for RL.
