Our server, Lisa, was awesome! Checked just enough without feeling like she hovered. Very personable and helpful. Food was delish! Lobster fest was amazing. Absolutely loved the salmon.

All of the food was good except the bacon wrapped scallops. The bacon over powers the scallops and the scallops are very fishy tasting. Not good at all. Our waitress looked sad. She was very quiet and not interactive with us at all and just looked sad. Customers go out to enjoy themselves not to be subjected to sadness.

I stopped in for a solo experience. The host sat me appropriately in a booth for a single or couple in a great section next to the bar. Perfect for me. Talisha was my server and even though her shift had run over you could not tell. She was attentive and kind!

So, I ordered online for in-store pickup. Arrive to get my order. Inside the Red Lobster bag was an aluminum pan with an aluminum lid. I figured the food was inside the proper containers within the aluminum pan. Nope, it was in the aluminum pan as a meal prepared for an animal (a dog or something). On top of that, the food was horrible, not fresh at all. I ended up throwing it in the trash where it belonged. I hope my taste for the Sesame-soy Salmon Bowl hasn’t been ruined , as it is something I order repeatedly, whether dining in or online pick-up, from various Red Lobsters throughout the country.

75 minute wait turned to 90, we understand as it is Valentines Day. 60 minutes after we ordered we finally got our food and the baked potatoes were just over half done. We had to wait another 15 minutes to get our check as we couldn’t find our server. Over 3 hours spent in a restaurant for a meal is not OK. Last time I went it was also an hour to get food, I won’t be going back.

Went here for Valentine’s Day, wasn’t too busy and our service was great.
Food was good, we ordered calamari as an app and we were a little disappointed. It had too much batter for my liking.
Our main meals were better though, and the side of brussel sprouts was delicious!
Can’t really go wrong with Red Lobster and nothing beats their biscuits. They do not have king crab legs though so be aware of that.
