La Familia is a nice little, sort of upscale-teasing family Italian restaurant.
The interior is bright, clean, and modern. The whole place feels intentional with a touch of class.
The service and the menu didn’t quite live up to the appearance. Our server was nice enough, but perhaps a little new.
The menu was pretty large with lots of staples and some interesting dishes. The meal starts off with some nice sourd bread and oil. We then got Caesar salad and French onion soup. The salad was nice, though I wish they used homemade croutons. The soup was pretty good, just a bit off balance with respect to salt and acidity.
Finally, my entree was the Veal Saltimbocca – and nothing was jumping in my mouth. The sauce was bland and under seasoned, with a pretty loose texture. The veal was similarly underwhelming. Only the bits of fried sage really stuck out as delicious and flavorful.
I’m just of the opinion – and I’m aware, I’m part of the problem, I ordered it – that if you’re going to serve veal, respect the calf.

Enjoyed the food & service. Food was tasty, would have liked a bit more flavor in the food. We got there 10 minutes before closing & our server Nicholas was very accommodating. Overall the entire staff was very friendly & had a good attitude even though they had to stay late past closing. We enjoyed our dinner. Thank you!!!

Don’t get a booth, they sit very low. The tables looked more comfortable. Our waiters were great. They seemed to be having a good time and shared a friendly vibe with the customers, I think Rodney.. Good recommendations and I did save the sauce from the appetizer to add to chicken.

We attended a financial seminar and were treated to a lovely meal. We received a delicious side salad accompanied by warm bread and oil. Our entree was chicken parmesan and spaghetti. It was a delicious, generous and well presented dish. The service was excellent and the servers were pleasant and professional. All in all, a great experience.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon. They had seating at the bar where we were waited on by Claire. She was on her game, let me tell you! Buzzing around the bar, grabbing orders. Our food and drink were served in very timely manners and delicious!!! Definitely would recommend La Familia

i came in today with my family, the people were very nice but very unorganized. the waiters kept asking us if we got food that we didnt and started to ask each table if they got food they didnt get either. i really only gave the food 3 stars because the fried chicken was really good but the fettuchini alfredo was slightly overcooked and the sauce was bland, i had to add a lot of salt in order to make it enjoyable. the shirley temple i got was straight up grenadine and THICK. i love me a good sweet shirley temple but it was simply too much. i do like the theme and decorations of the place tho! very nice atmosphere.

We have ordered here a couple times. Their food is bland, atleast if you order out. You have to raid your own spice cabinet if you want to taste anything, which should not be the case at $30 a plate. Maybe the food is better if you eat in.
However the people working the front were extreamly friendly. Greated with a big smile every time.

Solid family restaurant. Food was good, our server efficient and personable. Front room by bar would have been preferable as the main dining room was pretty loud.
