Went to dinner for my daughter-in-law’s birthday. We had a reservation at 7:00 Super Bowl Sunday. There was six of us. We all enjoyed the meal and service was great! Around 9:30 my son noticed nobody else was in the restaurant so he looked up what time they were supposed to close and it said 8:00! It was sweet that they let us stay but they really should have told us. We definitely would not have kept them. Sorry Red Lobster employees!

I called days in advance to make reservations for 12, showed up 30 minutes early to order appatizers and drinks. I have relatives that need to eat at certain times for medications etc… When I went to check it, the person at the front door told me I can’t sit at my table unless 50% of my party was there. Whenwhile, the restaurant is completely empty except for one table. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, so I went and took pictures around the restaurant. Most employees in my view were just texting away on there phones, while I just sat there at the front bench for 30 minutes wondering why I choose this place. It’s sad knowbody could apply common sense, that maybe they could take the risk of letting me sit down in an empty restaurant.
I took some pictures at the time of my resvation on how packed it was. The low stars is for this, the heat not working in the men’s bathroom, and my and wife’s soup was cold when served. It also wouldn’t be a bad idea to clean the lobster tank and spider webs in the restaurant, I had a lot of time to stare at how dirty the place was while I had to wait.

Great place to eat food! Good service and staff is friendly. I feel it is kinda dark in there in terms of light, and sometimes they have the 15-20 min wait at rush times, and that is normal. Edit – returned for a second round 9-12-25 LISA our sever was exceptional! Was very caring and helped me navigate the menu for new items I had not tried. Shrimp scampi was phenomenal and Lisa was extremely helpful in making our date a success! We will be back again!!!!!!

Went in because it has been many years since going to Red Lobster. It will be many more if I ever go again. Long line to get in. They told us 35 mimites. We sat around for more than an hour right next to the host station, waiting for our name to be called. My wife finally looked over at the sheet of paper. They crossed our name off without calling us. Then they claimed someone else took our name. But we were right next to them the whole time, and our name was never called, not even anything close. Their manager came over and just scratched off a bunch of names, which I suspect included ours. I should add that during this time, we could see the seating area and we counted at least 4 clean tables that were unused for more than 30 minutes. When we called them out they finally sat us. Noticed several more tables sitting clean and unused while they told new guests wait time was an hour plus. Servers came to manager and claimed they had open tables, and still tables went unused despite a crowd at entrance waiting to be seated (see photo). Food took another hour, while i watched tables continue to go unused until we had received our food and almost finished with it. Food was medicore, but expensive. Steak was dry. Going out for dinner turned into a 3+ hour event of waiting around while the place was horribly mismanaged and wasted people’s time.

Food and service were great. Margarita Flight is really good. Atmosphere 4 stars due to menus covered in greasy fingerprints; sadly pretty common in restaurants now.

My entire day before I sat down to eat my red lobster meal was kinda rocky until my server Deb brightened my mood with her cheerful attitude and helpful words of encouragement. Thank you Deb for the warm embrace your presence left on me. And of course the food helped as well.

Derrick was amazing! Very customer focused. Honestly, my aunt and I have been to Red Lobster before and we both agree that Derrick was overly attentive and we felt very taken care of. When we come back, we would feel super lucky to have Derrick as our server! 5 stars!

Lisa was a very pleasant and helpful server. She was prompt and checked on us frequently, but not too often. The food was delicious and it arrived surprisingly quickly for prime time Saturday dinner! The overall experience was very enjoyable.

Be aware when sliptting the bill, the waitress Nathan R ,doesnt change the tips amount percentage, he got double tips with 25%, not a very honest way to earned. First picture the total amount with tip percentage, second and third picture, bill splited with same tip percentage at total bill.

I was just at red lobster we ordered the feast a sirloin and and lobster they accidentally brought crab legs instead we let them know they brought us a filet instead but whatever is still steak. We cut it open completely raw in the middle were like okay just take it off the bill no big deal. But then still charged us for the crab legs which we did not order it took 3 attempts with our waitress to get it solved with me having to argue the logic of her trying to just take 5 dollars off because she did not order crab legs. But we got it figured out in the end but it was quite dissapointing. Our waitress apologized profusely but she also had a bit of an attitude most of the time she was serving us. Food also is not as good as it used to be.
