If you are looking for a nostalgic look back at old Arizona western style town and food. This is the place. Perfect for families with small kids. Lots of things to do outside of the restaurant, including pictures, rides on old trains and even carnival rides. The food itself was very good. No weight in the evening since they have lots of tables. Steaks and sides were very delicious. Also a full bar, which was also very good. If you are not sure what the whole necktie thing is about, this is a no necktie kind of place. Come wearing one and they will make sure it comes off.

So many reviews for this spot but it’s not that good.
Got the steak and was a bit scared too was it cause wasn’t sure if it was cooked the way I wanted it.
My cousin didn’t like her ribs. They are not fall off the bones. It was hard.
We started with the sampler. Didn’t like the tortilla chips and the salsa could have been better. They give you one quesadilla that looks like u can make at home.
The Mac and cheese tasted like it’s from the box. The salad and mash potatoes kinda tasted like old country buffets (ranch and gravy). I think beans were suppose to come with the meal but was never brought out. The bread was thick sandwich bread slices.

This has become our favorite dining experience in Tucson. My family is from here and I guess it’s becoming a tradition when we visit from MA. The food is great! I didn’t need a knife to eat my brisket and my husbands steak was perfectly cooked. If only I had room to help my mom with her ribs, lol! Our server was fantastic with our party of 11 including 3 littles. She even got the birthday song going for my daughter-in-law. The live show we attended after was funny and quite entertaining. It was a cold December night so I appreciated the heating towers as well as the explosions that were part of the show. Thank you to all who are a part of this great night out!

This was a really fun stop for the evening! I had one of THE BEST steaks ever! I highly recommend the Cowboy steak! Service was excellent and all of our food was prepared perfectly and plated nicely. Dakota was a perfect server! Thank you for your hard work and attention! The shops were fun to walk through after dinner and the whole place is slow paced and relaxing!

We had a fantastic dinner at Pinnacle Peak! From the moment we sat down, the food and atmosphere were spot on.
The Highlights:
The Sides: We started with the salad, which was incredibly fresh. The bread deserves its own shout-out—it was pillowy soft and packed with flavor.
The Main Event: I ordered the mesquite-grilled ribeye, and it was easily the star of the show. It was seasoned perfectly and so tender it practically melted. You can really taste that authentic mesquite smoke!
Kid-Friendly: The kiddos polished off their burgers and absolutely loved them. It’s a great spot for a family night out.
The Finish: We topped everything off with the apple cobbler, which was the perfect sweet ending to a great meal.
Great service and even better food. We will definitely be back soon!
(Just a heads up for first-timers: leave your necktie at home unless you want to see it hanging from the rafters!)

The filet mignon was great but the Cowboy steak was so tough we couldn’t cut through it in spots. Good service though. The loud speaker going off took away from the atmosphere a lot. A bit pricey for what you get.

We were a party of 15 and all of us enjoyed! Great service where 1 server remembered each of our orders and who ordered them.
Make sure you do or don’t wear a tie! You’ll see what happens.

Best place in Tucson for kids, don’t forget to wear a tie to dinner! Live action show is a real blast – you will actually feel the heat from the explosions! Train ride a kid favorite too.

I love Pinnacle peak and they’re laid-back casual environment. They really bring the southwestern style to the east side of Tucson. Fun and friendly environment that is southwestern themed all the way from the drive-in to the saloons to the train ride to the restaurant. And from what I hear don’t bring a tie unless you like to have it cut off and hung up above the mantle like a deer head.
