Our server was amazing! It took us almost 2 hours to get our order. With toilets and handwashing sinks in the men’s room that have been plugged for numerous days how do you continue to operate safely? All out of Salmon, lobster, and shell crackers. Not a place we will be returning to in the future.

I am responding to your reply GC021926C. My son, wife and I were at the Jackson Mi restaurant on Wed Feb 18th for my son’s birthday. First off I want to say our server young lady with reddish hair is a rockstar. However, there are multiple other issues. 1 the men’s restroom had a sign on the sinks that said do not use. Both sinks were full of nasty water and not draining. The toilet was backed up and one of the urnals was backed up. I am a facilities manager and that is an easy call to a company to fix, however when I asked at the hostess stand if the bathroom had been like that for more than today they said yes. Secondly, our food took almost 2 hours to get. We were bound to leave but my son asked that we have Red Lobster so we stayed. The restaurant was out of two types of lobster tail, salmon. So my wife who came for the salmon got the salmon bowl substituting chicken, I cot the shrimp jambalaya, and my son got the crab legs. When the food arrived the jambalaya was as expected, but the chicken was so overcooked my wife could not cut into it, my son who got the crab legs asked for a shell cracker and the waitress said there were no more available in the restaurant and that even the togo shell crackers were all out. When we got our bill we were discounted the salmon bowl because it was so awful but we were charged the same price for the chicken as the salmon.
From an outsider looking in your Jackson store has an ownership problem and management problem.
If it wasn’t for the waitress the night would have been a total disaster. But the pressure that the waitress handled because cowardly management would not come out and address these issues and hide behind the waitstaff is shameful. She did everything in her power to keep a smile on her face and continue to apologize throughout our time there.

So we come to this Jackson Red Lobster several times a year, whether it be for a date night or anniversary and I have to say, I’m always impressed with how kind and attentive the staff is. They are friendly all the way through, from the hostess on to the waiters/waitresses. Tonight, we had Brett for our server and I think he filled out drinks at least four times. I never had to wait for him ask for something. The food was amazing (try the lobster boil). Overall, it was very pleasant and we continue to come back as we always do. Great job, guys!

I door dashed, looking forward to this meal, as I have not had Red lobster in years. The biscuits were hot, tasty, so was the scampi shrimp. However, both sides were completely cold, and you can tell, old. Mashed potatoes were alway’s a wonderful treat. This time, they were barely any in my container and not even edible. Like I said old, really unfortunate for the price Red Lobster charges. I understand if you are low in supply, then call, and respectfully I would have substituted something else.

hadn’t been to Red Lobster in over 10 years, and I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere felt a bit dark at first, but the food more than made up for it. The sirloin with lobster tail and Brussels sprouts was absolutely incredible, some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Of course, they still serve their classic biscuits at the start of the meal. I’d be happy to go back anytime!

I had Brett for a server. He was very welcoming and attentive. I ordered from the lobster fest menu and the food was pretty ok. I didn’t care for whatever the fried lobster dish is but only because it was quite salty to me. Other than that it was a pretty good dining experience.

My wife and I have been to this Red Lobster many times, and it’s always been a great experience. The food is always good, brought out quickly, and the place is clean. I also always enjoy the music that’s playing.
On this occasion Brett was our server. We’ve had Brett as a server several times, and he’s always been great. He’s friendly, outgoing, answers questions, and is a pleasure to talk to.
We will definitely be coming back again soon.

I had somehow never eaten at a Red Lobster until a few years ago. My wife and I started occasionally visiting the Jackson location to have something different than the usual options around town. Everytime that we’d visit, the service and food has been absolutely fantastic and always far surpassed our expectations. We don’t usually eat at chain restaurants but for this particular spot we make an exception. The new drink and menu items are delicious! Happy hour on weeknights from 3-6pm with a great selection of $5 drinks! Tonight our server Elaine went far above and beyond and was super friendly and attentive. It’s so nice to have a server who you can tell likes their job and wants you to have a good experience. Highly recommend the Jackson, Michigan Red Lobster! Can’t wait for our next visit.

The food was absolutely trash by far the WORST I’ve ever had in my life and that’s no exaggeration! We waited for almost an hour and a half just to be extremely disappointed with the fish & chips and the fish sandwich both were over breaded and overcooked and left in the heat warmers for far too long not to mention the two sides we didn’t receive. They were out of crab legs, baked potatoes, broccoli which is what we came for in the first place. The men’s bathroom was not only disgusting but the sinks and one of the urinals were out of service with the sinks overflowing all over the floor and all. We will never come back nor do we ever suggest anyone to come to this place what a waste of $110! Otherwise the server was great and she definitely can’t be held accountable for what’s outside of her control!

The whole time we were waiting But the waitress we had was great. Her name is Elaine S excellence service we told her it was our wedding anniversary and she smiled my wife and I ordered steak and lobster diners, and that came out really good. Elaine, made sure our drinks were full.Our bread was there i ordered strawberry. cheesecake was Great. Top Notch service She delivered. my wife and I left there feeling very full and happy, we will be Back
